The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t give zero. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I arrived at the window well before 2 o’clock, and while in the middle of my transaction with my medication already in the window, they took it back, handed me my ID, and told me to come back at 2 because they were closed. As soon as the clock hit 2, they stopped the transaction halfway through just because they were closing for lunch instead of simply finishing it.

I go there before it's where I pickup my meds. It's very close to where I live so it's convenient, but as for the prices they're very expensive. I needed some Betadine antiseptic, and was completely shocked by the price they were trying to sell it at, I had walk away, so I looked up the same betadine they had and Amazon had it for $13.00 where as CVS was trying to sell the exact brand for $26.99. I've also noticed the same thing in the cosmetics dept and personal needs dept as well as every other dept in there. OK, so you thinking that's what you pay for convenients, but there are other shops near by and it's not that big of a stretch to drive to those shops to save your money. So, for med pickup convenients fine, just to shop, unless you don't care about where you spend your money then go ahead, as for me ulta is across the street I'll buy my cosmetics and shampoo there. 😊

This location is convenient and usually the people there are pretty nice. I did have to take my bike there to try and get some nail polish that would match the paint color of my bike. The people at the front desk were very nice and knew I would be in and out. However, there was a guy/manager that kicked me out even when I explained the small task I was in there for.

The only reason I came here was because urgent care sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy (I will not have anyone send prescriptions here again), they only had one of prescriptions ready after almost a whole day. They keep their bathrooms locked and are very unhurried about unlocking them. I ended up having to go across the street and nearly soiled myself as a result. Never ever coming here again, f this place.

First of all, I called to speak with the store manager to complain about the Indian lady who is the pharmacist and manager. I have not received any kind of follow up like I was told I would. My problem is with this terrible person who is a so-called pharmacist and manager, she needs to get fired or move on. When we "the people" who have medical conditions come in to pick up our prescriptions we don't need any attitude, or disrespect. I am sick of people who have issues working with people in the public, if you don't like your job quit, go away you should not be working in these types of settings. I want to call out people who have had similiar issues with this lady let's do something about it and get her fired. We have to stand for what's right and this person or anyone else who shouldn't be working there needs to go.

It's official. The brown hair pharmacist has a God complex. I was giving her the benefit of the doubt in that I was fully aware of DEA rules etc but she flat out told me that while my meds COULD be filled, she would not fill them until the day after I run out.I made sure to clarify this point because I truly didn't want to make a big deal when someone was just trying to save their job and follow the rules. But this, was some BULLSHIT.she got the medication wrong. Told me I was correct about the due date, then flat out said she "will not fill it" until (day AFTER it was due).Pharmacists should have compassion. Because karma is a bitch
