Employees are awesome and very helpful, kind and patient. Front staff is super friendly and pharmacists are always amazing. Customers love the friendly and helpful staff who know where things are and answer a full spectrum of questions. The shopping experience was described as perfect and the store is called the BEST. One customer needed a Libre 14 day unit for a dog and found a $75 single at CVS after a busy wait and a text about insurance; a $25 coupon was used so the final cost was about $50. Personal service means everything. The pharmacy closes at 7 pm, which some customers find inconvenient and would prefer pre‑pandemic hours. Nothing to improve was mentioned for the store in Temecula, CA. Seasoned professionals and delicious treats stocked up add to a positive experience.

It really is inconvenient that the pharmacy closes at 7 pm. It was much better for customers with the hours you had before covid. Please go back to the pre-pandemic hours like most other stores have.
