Terrible bathroom gatekeeper. I drove down the 15N from Fallbrook, crazy traffic and no bathrooms in between. I asked the front if the bathroom has a lock on it. He said I'll call someone for you. A man meets me at the restroom and said someone is in there. I'm doing "THE DANCE" desperately trying not to have an accident. I said, "well then can you open the men's?" Believing there is only one toilet in each restroom (since he didn't want to let me into the women's) He said "It's the mens'." I told him I didn't mind. He said he does. I said, "You're not going in there..." But then the nice elderly lady was leaving the restroom, opening the door... ONLY TO REVEAL THAT THIS BATHROOM HAS TWO COVERED STALLS. He literally could have just unlocked the door and left it at a crack, but chose to be a bathroom key Sargent instead. There was a female employee in store as well, why can't she have a key?
Sir, may you have an occasion where you are in desperate need of assistance and someone takes their job way too serious, like you, causing you to think back on this day in shame. Terrible customer service. Why have a lock on the door if you're going to just let everyone in anyway? You don't even have seat covers. The paper towels aren't even usable because you didn't put it in the dispenser, causing everyone to grab the towels with their wet, barely washed, disgusting hands. Horrible, horrible inconvenience. Another reason to give a low level worker the impression that he has a high level CIA top tier security management position. CVS please do better.

I will never shop at CVS again. Around Christmas time, I was asked to buy my 85 year old Grandma, some hair dye, who was unable to get to the store herself. I bought some for her, but she wasn't happy with the ones that I picked out and I had to return them a few times, trying to get it right for her. I was told that I had exceeded the amount of times I could return something, even though I had receipts every time and no box had been opened or used. I wasn't able to get her money back for her and now have 2 boxes of hair color the can't be used. This is a totally ridiculous policy, and I was made to feel as if I had done something deceitful. Absolutely no reason to not be able to return and get a refund for my Grandma.

Regular to this location due to living at the complexes next to the shopping center. I frequently visit this location for house essentials since its just walking distance, usually a nice experience however today was really uncomfortable. Upon entering I was normally greeted, I went along with my shopping as I regularly do and an employee asked if I needed help with anything and I kindly declined. As I make my way throughout the store to see if I needed anything else and head to self-checkout I can sense the employees scanning me and my items to make sure I was not stealing, even while paying for my items an older employee got close to me scanned me and when I finished paying she asked me if I needed help with “those”. I have my e-vape in my back pocket and I believe that’s what they were trying to look at. I’ve worked and managed retail places to know when an employee may believe a customer is stealing something. If you guys really want to help your customer consider getting baskets so we’re not all hands full while heading to registers instead of those bulky carts. If theft is a concern consider closing those self checkout, stop making your customers uncomfortable.

I specifically called and asked for my pick up to be extended by 1 day. I was told no problem - that there would be notes in my prescription and it would not be put away. Well - get there as I stated and no prescription.... Now I'm stuck waiting for them to "get around to it's

Temecula Pkwy Manager and staff were awesome! They went above and beyond to help me with my purchase. Not an important buy by no means but they both made sure to make everything right!Just wish I had their names. Thank you again!

Very friendly and helpful staff. However because of theft issues they have experienced, there are NO shopping carts or handicapped carts to shop ! It is impossible for a solo handicap shopper to shop !! This should be unlawful.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. This pharmacy goes above and beyond for me every single time. Even when my insurance is being weird, they figure it out. The pharmacy staff are very kind, thoughtful and patient. I drive an extra 15 mins to go here because the service is always the best.

I prefer rite aid myself. I have been to this cvs location a few times and it's hit or miss on wether or not I get good service. The staff seems knowledgeable and help out for the most part, but always seem like they are having a bad day. And sometimes that translates into their customer service. Overall it's an ok store to shop at. It is well stocked all the time. I'll give it that.
