This CVS store has very bad customer service. They make it very difficult for customers to use their bathrooms even when their pharmacy is open. I took my 89-year-old mother to this store to purchase a few items on Christmas Eve and then she needed to use the bathroom but was told by the shop assistant that the bathroom was out of service for the whole day. Really? On Christmas Eve? I have removed this CVS store from my neighborhood store list.

The absolutely worst pharmacy. Customer service is horrible! Only 2 pharmacists are polite; Jeffrey and Megan. But they both are there limited hours. The staff is rude. I just talked to a young woman on the phone who refused to take my DOB or the spelling of my last name…so she had the wrong person. She had the wrong doctor and couldn’t find my prescription. I needed it badly. I’m on oxygen therapy 24/7 so my husband had to drive there and straighten it out. Makes me very angry!

Needed help with a cosmetic item. The store associate was able to unlock the cabinet area and hand me the items I needed. It was a pleasant experience!!

Walked in the store at 6:25pm. Asked this very helpful guy for help saying I had a question for the pharmacist.I have severe head and chest congestion and none of the meds I’m taking for it is helping. So I was hoping to talk to a pharmacist who can recommend something for it.This sweet guy walked me towards the pharmacy where the shutters were already pulled down but we could hear couple of ladies closing up. He asked them if they could answer my question as was told oh sorry but I’m already half hour late to this thing I’m supposed to be at.Neither one had any courtesy to help me. It would’ve just taken another couple of minutes.I’m feeling so sick that I felt I was going to pass out. Sweaty, cold, dry mouth etc.But this young man came back around to try to help me again.

The only reason I came here was because urgent care sent my prescriptions to this pharmacy (I will not have anyone send prescriptions here again), they only had one of prescriptions ready after almost a whole day. They keep their bathrooms locked and are very unhurried about unlocking them. I ended up having to go across the street and nearly soiled myself as a result. Never ever coming here again, f this place.

First of all, I called to speak with the store manager to complain about the Indian lady who is the pharmacist and manager. I have not received any kind of follow up like I was told I would. My problem is with this terrible person who is a so-called pharmacist and manager, she needs to get fired or move on. When we "the people" who have medical conditions come in to pick up our prescriptions we don't need any attitude, or disrespect. I am sick of people who have issues working with people in the public, if you don't like your job quit, go away you should not be working in these types of settings. I want to call out people who have had similiar issues with this lady let's do something about it and get her fired. We have to stand for what's right and this person or anyone else who shouldn't be working there needs to go.

Literally the worse CVS pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my life. The main pharmacist has no idea what she is talking about and has to Google all the prescriptions on her phone in order to give medical “advice”, completely laughable. I have sent two prescriptions here to be filled and each time this pharmacy claimed they “never received” them. The last chance I gave them was today, they told me I needed my doctor’s permission over the phone to fill the prescriptions they just sent it?! Well, needless to say I’ll never be back here!

THE CVS PHARMACY IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER BEEN TO. I witness the pharmacist ?⚕️ I didn’t get her name has a negative attitude telling a mother her daughter needs 4 vaccine shots and then would look at her iPhone to tell customers how to use the prescriptions they purchased. She asked me 4 times if I wanted a Covid vaccine or flu shot. I felt back for the older lady she gave a shot to and she hit a nerve on her shoulder. I don’t recommend this place and this pharmacist needs to be FIRED! Very CLUELESS

As one other customer mentioned a NO star rating is more suited.I have been a CVS customer for decades. Spent thousands of dollars at various locations throughout Southern California. Don't expect to use the restroom while shopping or waiting for your meds. The people in front will simply tell you it's closed to avoid walking over to unlock it and the pharmacy tech will divert you back to the front rudely. Zero stars here.

Amazing experience Evelyn Hernandez is one of the best customer service people I have ever encountered at any store but the Temecula location where she works off of Margarita in Winchester. Is amazing. All the employees are but Evelyn Hernandez definitely stands out. She helps me and greets me. I also am a manager of a store. I would love to have her on my team. She is the sort of person that you would want working for you. Thank you for your kindness and always knowing what & where I need to go for what I am looking for. Amazing customer service!!

The store itself and a few of the staff members at the front of the store are great!Pharmacy = HORRIBLE!Look, I’m not expecting stellar service anymore these days, it’s just very rare. But I do expect basic courtesy from employees of an establishment who are hired to do a job.The staff at the pharmacy are rude, extremely unhappy, clueless, and uneducated. Most of all, the pharmacist Syeda. I’ve had numerous bad experiences at this pharmacy, but I would always let it go! On this particular day, I was already frustrated because an employee there gave me incorrect information, sent me away to call another pharmacy while I was carrying my baby, and said “I can’t help you because look at the line behind you.” I was baffled but I left.Returned 2 days later to finally pick up a simple refill. While I was standing in line, employees behind the counter were yelling at each other, there was so much tension that even I from a distance felt uncomfortable.I was finally called up by a woman I assumed was the main pharmacist, only because her picture is framed on the wall.She gave me a medication that had a different name. I simply asked “is this a generic form of my medication, because that’s a different name.” She repeatedly and rudely said “I don’t know, check with your doctor.” I finally got frustrated and said “aren’t you the pharmacist though? Shouldn’t you know?” She snapped at me and said “I don’t appreciate your condescending tone” (which shocked me because my tone was actually very calm, and ironically enough SHE was talking down to me from the minute she called me fromThe line!!). Then she was talking so loudly about my medication, I felt embarrassed because she was sharing my private information for everyone to hear.I could go on and on.All I have to say is, the employees at this pharmacy are CLEARLY unhappy, poorly trained, miserable, and careless about treating other humans with dignity. And the pharmacist Syeda should probably get off her entitled high horse and study her field a bit more to acquire basic and elementary pharmaceutical knowledge.

If I could give no stars I would! The lady pharmacist is extremely rude and not helpful. When I called she put me on hold for 30min with the speaker on because I wanted to transfer out. The put in my DOB wrong so it was hard for my other pharmacy to find my scrip. I ended up calling my MD to send a new script. Will not be using this pharmacy again!.
