Need the pickup 3 prescriptions. First they tell me that they are ready. I drive there and they are not ready and that they ( the pharmacy) is closing for lunch. Okay great. When I go to pickup them up the casher Isaiah is So Rude. I'm going to take my business to Walgreens or Target.

My mom and I had a great experience when checking out at CVS. We came in because of a 40% off single item coupon and naturally purchased multiple items.
James was very helpful in figuring out how to get 40% off a specific item that we requested.
I recognize that making transactions more complicated and asking for changes because of a coupon can be annoying customer behavior, but James was very patient, profession and helpful

Manager Mark was absolutely the rudest person and should not be a part of the management team.
Refuse to help me and told me to make a complaint with a 1-800-when I asked him just to verify my insurance for my prescription!
Hung up on me and I called back to ask for his manager and he said there's nobody above me and I said o yes there is which I will actually find out. He once again hang up again. Terrible when your health is at rest for needing a prescription!

Never given any update on your meds. if they won't have your medication or able to fill. Make sure to call and figure it out yourself. Always understaffed and never helpful. Pharmacists always over worked and rude.

Because I can't give zero stars. You told me 5 minutes. After 20 I got back in line for 5 more. Just for you to send me to another counter to be told it would be another hour. Pathetic. You show no value of people's time.

If I could put 0 that would be the review. This pharmacy is the absolute worst. RUDE< RUDE< RUDEThe don’t interface with the doctors, when there is a problem they blame the customer and are straight up RUDE!

I started using this pharmacy in 2018I have some health problems and require a good pharmacy. I understand there are many bad reviews here but I have never had an issue with them. They are very nice and every time I come over to pick up my medication it’s always available for pick up.For example, I called today to see if the CVS Pharmacy on Winchester AND MARGARITA HAD PROBABLY NOT GIVEN ME A STEROID MEDICATION FOR INFLAMMATION. THEY CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS NO MEDICATION SENT BY MY DOCTOR.This was done over the phone. If you know how to key ahead and provide your personal information, somebody will answer the phone and help you very nicely. I will continue to use this pharmacy for their amazing great service.

Pharmacy is insanely rude, walked in to get a prescription ordered over 2 hours before. Told me I had to wait 10-20 mins longer and were not friendly at ALL. Avoid and go to a different CVS.

My husband was given someone elses medication luckly he checked the name it was someone elses. If this had been a medication that could have caused health issues. No one seems to understand there the seriousness of the misconduct caused. He was also accused of taking meds that he had not taken. They showed a pic of the wrong meds so he had to go into doctors office to get a new prescription.

Pharmacy customer service is trash.Negligence in Job Duties.Pharmacist need to maintain an accurate inventory of their drugs, supplies, and equipment. CVS pharmacy on Butterfield is the worst CVS in Temecula. Don't waste your time have your prescription sent else where. They will have your prescription for 2 weeks just to tell you your medication is not in stock. Ok?? So you do nothing??This location must have all the new pharmacy technicians that just graduated. I would give them zero stars if possible.

The worst location. They never have your medications, they are always unorganized and consistently every month I have a hard time getting my medicine. The staff seem unwilling to help or even care.

Horrible rude staff . Questions you about having to use the restroom ?? Excuse you ? I bought some tampons and needed to change in the restroom and immediately assumed I was stealing . Like hello yes I'm gonna be showing you and asking nicely to use the restroom just to steal come on . Makes you feel so uncomfortable save yourself don't come in . Let them go out of business
