Personable animal enthusiast staff. Quick process picking up supplies and they did a great job loading my truck carefully. Convenient location to De Luz as well. Will go again.

The business I work for often uses the scale for our customers' items for weight tickets. The staff is always super helpful and always has a great attitude.

Called before going in, the woman that answered the phone said they had the item I asked about. When we got there she pointed to where it was in the back room, I looked & went back out to ask her to show me where it was, not even trying to help or move from behind the counter then said, oh we don’t carry that! I said, you said you did when I called & asked. Horrible Customer Service.
Their chicks are also so neglected most had pasty butt. We will never shop here again.Woman middle age long hair.

Love the people here! We buy all our needs from hay to halters for 17 horses. The loaders are careful and precise. They go the extra mile and its much appreciated!

The experience I had this morning made me never want to step foot in the store again. Rather than answer my questions on a specific feed they just assumed that they knew what I wanted. I made it abundantly clear that I do not want anything to do with Ace hi/ star milling and rather than let me make the decision on what’s best for my flock, they tried to push me back to other Ace hi feeds. Still not answering my questions about the actual feed I was interested. I doctor all of my feeds by adding in what that specific feed is lacking. I come from a veterinary background, caring for these animals I know what their dietary needs are and what stages they go through, I’m not just some person off the street that knows nothing about these animals. Next time, just let people read the ingredient label and figure out what’s best for their own flock. Just because something works for your flock doesn’t mean it works for other peoples’. When I go into a feed store, I don’t want to give a 20 minute dissertation on why I am unhappy with the certain feed that my flock is currently on, I just want to go in and decide what’s best for them, without snide comments and judgment. Especially when it’s from people that when I’ve come into the store in the past, I’ve watched giving other customers wrong medical advice on how to treat coccidia.

If I had known Dan's 'horse' quality alfalfa hay was full of dried stinging nettle I wouldn't have purchased it. I wouldn't even have taken it if was FREE! Maybe cows can eat this crap but the way it is isn't suitable for horses. I have to hand pick the nettle out from EVERY SINGLE FLAKE. It takes over an hour to feed three horses, twice a day. When I called Dan's they didn't care one iota. Their attitude was 'oh well'. NEVER AGAIN.
