Service tech Luis did a great job. He communicated well and promptly in a multitude of services I had done on my F150. The service desk was hard to get through to on the phone for sure. But once I was assigned Luis , it went well.

It was a very good experience, everyone was very nice and the price was good. The waiting area was clean and very big. They even have a doggie area :)
