My review is for the customer service that I received from Juan Serrano this morning. I took my car in for service and I have to save Juan is the nicest, most pleasant and professional customer service person that I have ever come across. He explained carefully everything that would be done to my car. He is definitely in the right field for him, I wish everyone good have his sunny disposition.

The service is always quick and correctly done. I never had an issue with customer service or any employee here. The amenities of a coffee maker with many options other than coffee is a great addition to satisfaction while waiting. My favorite part is there outside waiting area right across the service entrance.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I am from the L.A. area. My daughter experienced catastrophic engine failure with her HRV while driving through Temecula. Had to leave the car at the dealership and return to L.A. I am pleased to commend Miguel Ortiz and the service technicians that repaired the air conditioning problems that Honda has been having issues with. Based on their evaluation, it required more work than originally anticipated. Both the condenser and evaporator had to be replaced. While they estimated that one more day would be needed, they contacted me hours later that they pushed my car to the front of the queue and therefore, would be able to complete the job as originally promised. The air conditoning unit is performing like new, thanks to the team that made it happened. Difficult to deal with. Brought in my CRV for maintenance. Told me they would accept my maintenance contract from another Honda dealership. When it came time to pay they would no longer honor the service agreement and I paid full price. When I called the maintenance contract servicer they claimed to have paid for the maintenace. DCH honda won't tell me how much the total service was or if they were paid by the maintenence contact servicer. It looks like they charged us both.

I never write reviews, but I feel it is important to share this with others. I went in to have an oil change and possibly transmission fluid service at 65k miles. They wouldn’t tell me the cost of the transmission fluid service over the phone, so I didn’t learn until I got there that it would be $399.99. I get it, the dealership will likely be more than other places, but I did think this was steep. But that isn’t the reason for the low review. What really bothered me was that as I was talking to the technician about my car and I overheard a technician talking to another employee and saying “did you upsell him?” And fist bumping about having charged someone more money than possibly needed. I just thought that was so low. Car maintenance is already expensive the last thing they should be doing is trying to cause people to pay more money.

Needed a car right away, I commute from Temecula to Carlsbad everyday and needed a reliable car with good mileage. Nick Russo was so helpful, he walked around the lot with me in 90° weather until we found the perfect little Honda Civic. I was concerned because there was a Crack in the windshield, but he assured me a new windshield was already on order and would be replaced no charge. It was such a pleasant and quick experience 2.5 hours which is amazing compared to other tines I've bought cars from dealerships. From the Managrr to finance, and everyone in between. Thank you all! Nick even drove me to the bank to get a cashiers check. Don't pass them by, stop in, have a coffee and a Danish you're gonna love this place. I love my new little car too it's so zippy and fast!

Everyone at the dealership has been helpful and courteous. The service necessary was performed under an extension to the original factory warranty. The service writer, Tim, also discovered another recall issue that will also be covered under an extended warranty. DO YOUR JOB!!!!DCH Honda is TERRIBLE and has treated me horribly. Whenever I go there, they recommend services BEFORE checking my vehicle to see if they're even needed. They make me wait HOURS for simple services that can be done in 15 minutes. They sold me a new car that wouldn't start. I took it back to them several times and they said everything was normal. Then I went to a mechanic in ghetto-Hemet who found and fixed the problem immediately. There was a post market security system installed on the car that I never ordered that was preventing it from starting. WHY IS HONDA SO INCOMPETENT?

We had an appointment with Russ, but Russ was not in. Tim Joyce promptly greeted us. We needed an oil change. In looking at our records, Tim diligently informed us our 2015 Fit needed a drive belt replacement and a brake fluid flush. We gladly agreed and he told us it would be about a two hour wait. It was ready in two hours and we are appreciative of Tim's professionalism! Thanks again, Tim!Service: General repairs & maintenance

In light of the number of cars being serviced at the time, the rendered maintenance and diagnostic review done on my vehicle was very satisfactory. The appointment process was easy and I was able to schedule a service date and time exactly when I wanted. Warranty and complementary service was done without any problems and in a timely fashion.
