I highly recommend Ian and the service team here. I literally drive from Carlsbad to have my vehicle taken care of here.
I have had frustrations with lack of communication at other dealerships. The first time I called DHC Kia Temecula, a human picked up the phone, told me I would need to have another person contact me to address my issue, and Ian called me within twenty minutes.
Everything I’ve needed thus far has been done promptly with excellent and consistent communication along the way.
Can’t recommend enough.

I had an outstanding experience at DCH Kia of Temecula. My sales person, Rose Garcia provided excellent service—she was incredibly attentive to my needs and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Gerald in finance worked tirelessly to put together a deal that my family and I felt truly comfortable with, and I really appreciated his honesty and effort. The office manager Denis was also friendly, helpful, and welcoming.
Overall, the entire team was amazing. I highly recommend DCH Kia of Temecula for anyone looking for exceptional customer service and a great car-buying experience. Ask for Rose I highly recommend her!!

Bought a car yesterday and today I'm already getting a rental because the car needs service due to the $2500 monitors that are mounted in the seats don't work. Unbelievable. Most expensive car on their lot and it doesn't work. I will say that the staff their are on top of things and helpful. Their team is good. UPDATE: Picked up my car yesterday and op-checked it today. Still doesn't work correctly. ALSO, haven't been able to contact the manager who replied to this review. Business ethics are becoming to be questionable. Contacting a lemon law lawyer. UPDATE: October 28th today and the BRAND NEW Carnival I purchased is still in the service department. They said they need a Kia Engineer to figure out the problem. Unbelievable. 👎UPDATE: November 6th. Still no car and no answers. Dealership said they would pay my first car payment for my troubles BUT that was an absolute lie and I ended up paying it myself. I even added the photo here to show how they totally conned me into believing them and scribbled some BS on a document to shut me up. Absolutely unprofessional.

My husband and I were debating on what we should get and Elijah, your sales associate, was exceptionally patient with us when we changed our mind a couple of times on the type of vehicle. He was also extremely knowledgeable and described the differences between the different models. Gerald( I think is his name) was very friendly in finance. It was just a great experience will definitely be coming back!

Would not recommend, finance manager was inconsiderate and was incoherent with his reasoning for not taking in a Kia leased vehicle. Highly recommend pursuing another dealership if you don’t want to be deceived.

Staff was friendly and patient. Only thing is I asked for them to fill my gas up before leaving with the vehicle since I had more than an hour drive back home and the gas light was on in the vehicle but they only pumped about 40 to 50$ in gas so I had to top off the other 5 gallons.

Had a fabulous new lease experience with Dane Hanson! We had a deal through Truecar that was in writing before we went to the dealership. All we had to do at the dealership was sign paperwork and pick up my new Niro Wave.
