Horrible experience. I bought a groupon for a detailing service from this place. I saw on their site it said by appointment only. I tried calling several times a month to make an apt and it said they're voicemail was full. I finally tried to drive there and it took me to the middle of old town Temecula. I found out after reading some reviews that they were a mobile detailing service. This isn't something that was clearly stated or I wouldn't have bought the groupon. I still haven't been able to use my Groupon and it's about to expire. So save your money and go with another detailing service. This place is unprofessional. I did email Groupon but they haven't gotten back to me just yet. Hopefully I can get my money back.

I'm sure Joseph does a great job, however, it doesn't seem like he wants to detail my car. We've made a few appointments but he keeps rescheduling due to something coming up. It's always within an hour of our appointment too.. what really sucks is I've put off my own obligations to make room for these appointments. I've given up at this point and will have to find someone else to do it. My car is newer and still clean so it would have been an easy job for him.

These guys offer a $99 detail promo on Groupon. I called and made an appointment to have two cars detailed including a Honda Accord and Ford Explorer. I was told the Explorer would cost extra because it's an SUV. I didn't notice this in the ad so I looked again and at the bottom of a long list of fine print is says "Additional charges may apply for pet hair, sand removal, and large vehicles". This shouldn't be hidden in the fine print and I don't consider an explorer to be a large vehicle compared to a Suburban, Expedition, Hummer, etc. However, he agreed to do both for $99 as long as the Explorer isn't excessively dirty. I received a call the day before our appointment telling me that he can't do it for $99 because someone reminded him of how much area there is to clean so I canceled our appointment. He followed up by text offering to do just the inside or outside and was very rude when I declined. Not a good experience for me.
