The staff are consistently described as professional, understanding, kind, nice, and personable. While the office is always super busy and crowded, having an appointment significantly speeds up the process, with visits often taking only about an hour or even just 40 minutes. The service is as fast and friendly as one could hope. The facility itself has some limitations. The parking lot is too small with little street parking, and the outside signage needs improvement, particularly for indicating where those with appointments should go. The layout is also not the most friendly for those in wheelchairs. However, the staff do their best within these constraints. For the smoothest visit, it is recommended to make an appointment and complete as much as possible online beforehand.

Can't believe I'm wiring this, but we had a good experience at the DMV. My son had his behind the wheel test today. His instructor Brandon was great. Friendly and personable. My son had a great experience with him. Also the lady that helped us at desk 1 was nice and friendly. We were in and out of there in 40 mins.

Temecula DMV is always super busy, but it goes pretty quickly try and make appointments if you can otherwise plan on being there a couple of hours

Everyone of the employees were so nice, especially the security guard that was assisting customers to the computers for written test! Back in the day, the workers were horrible but not in 2024!!! Ty!!!
