This is my first review of this business. I've bought about a dozen pairs of shoes from DWS. I've bought online and in the store. I've had no issues at all until today. I hope it wasn't a lazy employee who didn't care about a pair of totally worn and used shoes and put them back on the shelf for someone else to buy. I definitely still recommend this business and I will continue to buy from there.I bought some shoes online two days ago. I received them today (2/6/2024)! | received them in record time! That was excellent! I opened my box anddiscovered worn and used shoes! I was very disappointed. I called DSW customer service and they are sending me another pair and refunding me $15 for the inconvenience. I feel that was fair and reasonable. This business has great deals and I still definitely recommend it.

Excellent selection of shoe styles. Prices aren't too bad. Recommend their App for discounts and perks. The store is nice and clean. In store bathrooms are available. Ample parking.

They will need to repair the store sign outside. It does not light any longer, so it is hard to find at night. There was no cutomet greeting when I walked in. In fact I walked around the store completed unserviced and only saw one clerk when I was leaving. I didn't realize that he had been there the entire time, "sitting?" at the counter.

We have purchased shoes at DSW in the past. Were pleased with prices and quality. Today not a good experience. Management needs to address poor housekeeping and maintenance. Fixtures at the entrance display thick dust! Carpet needs sweeping. Blinking ceiling light is annoying and 1 restroom is out-of-order. Restroom neglected with sticky floor, apparently with urine? Seat covers depleted and nearly no toilet paper. We'll not be shopping at DSW again!
