This was an incredibly disappointing experience. Initially, the supervisor of the establishment assisted me, but then abruptly passed me off to another gentleman in a rude manner. Despite having my wallet stolen and obtaining a temporary license from the DMV kiosk, the gentleman incorrectly claimed it was a copy, even though I am not a first-time renter. The supervisor then proceeded to question the validity of my temporary license in a dismissive and unprofessional manner. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes, feeling completely ignored and unassisted. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had.

The manager at this place is insanity rude! This is the worst rental location EVER! They laugh in you face and treat you like TRASH!

The staff and office manager Ashley were very nice and helpful. I rented a car from them through insurance and everything went smoothly from them picking me up at the auto shop to dropping me off once my car was finished. Only problem I had was not being able to get the car that I wanted, however the car they put me in eventually worked out

Long lines and very rude so called managers. I reserved a car for my week visit in California and was told I needed to pay $639 to secure the car. When the amount to rent was $163. When I asked to explain why that’s when the attitude kicked in. She had no professionalism and so on that note I canceled my loyalty membership. Will never recommend just because I’m tired of companies employees being rude and acting like they’re doing us a favor for doing business.

If you are involved in an insurance claim and your insurance is covering your rental, make sure you know that and don't pay their extra insurance as they will not tell you that you are already covered.I paid $600+ to have the car insured through them not realizing my insurance was covering it. When I contacted Enterprise a day after I dropped the car off and paid, the guy who picked up the phone said that they are not insurance agents and it's not their job to let me know.I will be contacting corporate to let them know what horrible a experience I had here.

After a long wait where I interacted with two separate employees who were both aware of me being from out of state, I was first told I couldn't pay with my debit card because it didn't have my name on it. This was after we went through the whole car walk thru, paperwork, etc. Then after waiting another 15 minutes for my sister to arrive, she was told by the same man who first checked me in that she could not rent a car with an out of state ID unless she had a credit card, which is very confusing considering I was told before that the reason I couldn't use my debit card was because it didn't match my name. If you see that someone is out of state when they check in, you should tell them they need a credit card before letting them wait in your store for an hour, unless that was a policy that was made up on the spot. It's fine, we are taking an Uber now and it is cheaper anyway. Edit: there must be a bot or something that responded because there is no reservation number to email to you, Lisa. The employees botched the entire check in process and then doubled down on their incompetence and didn't apologize. Thanks for absolutely nothing. I need nothing from you- just trying to warn potential customers that this enterprise sucks.

This enterprise feels like a small town rental place. The service is great and it shows from the amount of people that rent vehicles from here. Always willing to accommodate and take the time to work with me on type of vehicle and return times as well. Shout out to Jason for being very knowledgeable and friendly. Kaylin (probably misspelled sorry) was very friendly and patient even though they were swamped. Overall this entire team is great and work well together. Thanks for always being there when needed.

Fast and friendly service for both pick up and drop off of rental car. I was given a nice, clean car by a very helpful guy. I recommend this location for car rental
