I wanted to take a moment to thank Kiya at this Enterprise location! After a VERY stressful 4 hours of dealing with a flat tire from a rental at a competing company who were NO help to us (Not naming names, but rhymes with fudge-it), Kiya sprang into action and was able to get us a new car rental with Enterprise at a fantastic price. She was extremely professional and sweet as well as understanding of our situation. It was our wedding week and dealing with the other rental company caused so much additional, unneeded stress. I was so pleased to have met Kiya and we are so grateful for her help. I even invited her to the wedding!! (half joke, half not a joke for all her help!!). Thank you again, Kiya. You have no idea how much you saved the day!!

Service person was very nice. Unfortunately, the automobile was not up to par. Was a 2020 and looked like it needed to be retired from the fleet. When I was working, I used Enterprise exclusively. Service and cars were excellent. Looks like they've lost there business model.

If you speak the truth in their presence, you'll be called rude. So my employer had 3 rentals reserved to be picked up. We called to see if they were ready and were informed that only 1 (kia soul) was available at the moment. So we made the 7 minute drive to pick it up only to be told that "it was no longer available" and that nothing would be ready for another 2 hours. So we left and went back 2 hours later and wouldn't you know it, the Kia Soul, that wasn't available earlier, is STILL there and definitely available because it ends up being the rental my co-worker got. When I questioned the girl behind the counter why we were basically lied to, and could have been able to get on the road 2 hours ago, I was called a rude person. FYI: lying to people apparently is okay by them, but speaking truth about them lying gets you name called. Train your people better!!

I would put zero stars if possible. Used enterprise because i was assigned to think from my insurance adjuster. On arrival they said a car was not available. They decided to place me in a decrepit SUV which I didn't want. They informed me everything was covered by the insurance with no additional cost except a deposit of $100. For the week we barely drove the car because we weren't very familiar with it. When we returned the car they attempt to charge us over $200 when everything was already covered by the insurance. The employee the. said, "Oh it's ok you have good insurance, they will cover it". Approximately 10 days after returning the car I noticed at charge for $84.42. I called the corporate line and they stated they weren't sure why there was an additional charge as everything appeared to be paid for already. I then proceeded to call the rental location. An employee by the name of Kia looked into an was uncertain why there was a a charge. She said she would contact her boss and contact me back before close the day. She never called. J called her right before closing and she first acted like she didn't remember me. I went through the entire story again and she oh yeah, you will be reimbursed within two weeks. What i find interesting is that they just decided to charge me a random cost 10 days after i returned the rental. Then they communicated they would reimburse me within 2 weeks when it took them less than 1 minute to charge me. Don't go with this place they are very unprofessional and are trying to skim money from customers without their knowledge. Update: I emailed the address as instructed. I will see if there is a response. Update 2: Still waiting for a response. Quick to act like they are resolving things via social media but in the back ground doing absolutely nothing. Companies as these should not be in business. Last Update: Called the site and Spoke to Ashley. She said she will discuss with Kia. Still no response. Will file and fraud case with my credit card. There are other rental car places out there. Enterprise is built of quantity and not quality. Choose wisely.

I had my car dropped off for maintenance today @ Mercedes Temecula and went to get a loner car (comparable to my car) from Enterprise at this Temecula location. However, I had the worst customer service experience ever imaginable..Because of their unprofessional behavior and mistreatment I opted NOT to get a car from them, instead I chose to take an Uber and go back home. Chris a rental adviser and his manager Sean are extremely unprofessional. If you end up being helped from these individuals, wish you the best of luck. I am Not going to this location ever again,

Have rented from here several times and each time is just okay - nothing spectacular. This most recent time I had an issue with the vehicle during the reservation and the female employee (I forgot her name) made sure we were ok afterwards. I explained the situation and showed her video evidence. She listened thoughtfully and seemed to actually care about our experience with the vehicle. Without hesitation she offered some money back as our experience was significantly impacted. I typically have no issues and they have a great selection of cars. This one off occasions actually showed me they care about their clients and I will definitely use them again.

Rude and incompetent employees. (The ride guy was a sweet man though!) However I had to fight to get a ride as the rude woman on the phone told me they don't give rides yet the recording says they do. Of course no one is wearing name tags so can't give a name. They wouldn't own up to who gave me a hard time.... Not sure if it was butterfly lash girl or fake extension girl..... they wouldn't admit who the liar was..... Rental was through insurance... never have I had to give a deposit. For an insurance claim. Didn't have a card with me for my account with cash. If they had simply told me on the phone about procedures, wouldn't have been a problem...... They refused to help in any way and said "well you sounded like you were in a hurry so we didn't tell you...." Girl you wouldnt have told me anyhow! I told them I had a very important appt and needed to get going. She rolled her eyes and said , " we will do our best..." ummmm....there's not one customer waiting in the office! Plus, my insurance had made a reservation for me and she told me they didn't..... even though I had the reservation number! And yes, I was very irritated that they didn't do their job properly! And yes I did say a "cuss word"! Sorry butterfly, didn't realize you've never heard one before. Do your job! I told her I'd be leaving a review of the situation and she told me she wouldnt rent to me if I did! Yes! That's going to give you a good review! If you need to be somewhere and need a competent company that actually explains the procedure.... And actually understands insurance and knows how to work with them, Use another company! Thankfully I was able to rent from another company and get to my appt on time. I'd probably still be sitting there waiting as they don't give a rats Arz about their customers! Do better butterfly girl!

I had an amazing experience with enterprise. Kia was so kind and understanding. I had a very bad week with my car accident and they definitely made it better. They got me into a rental, picked me up from my house, and helped accommodate me in a very very busy day for them. I super appreciate them. They went above and beyond!!

Great service. Very professional and efficient. I came to get a specific car and they had 3 of those. Despite being really busy they took their time to show me all 3, so I can pick the one I like the most.

I have used Enterprise for over 30 years and this is the first time I wasn't happy with it. Made a reservation while my car was in the body shop. Before I got the car home the check key battery fob and check coolant lights had popped up. I received a "thank you for your reservation" text from the manager the 2nd day saying text with any problems. I did and no response the entire day. There was no answer at the office. When I got a hold of someone I said I need to exchange the car. The next day I drove it back to the office as I made another qppt for a different car. (Office is half hour from my home) I picked up another car and 5 minutes from leaving the office the low tire pressure came on. The car was dirty on the outside. Sent another text to the manager and did not hear back the entire day. Took it to a mechanic during my work day to have air put in the tire. Won't be using them again.
