Amazing staff , I had to bring my daughters prom dress in last minute , it had a stitch come loose in the top . The day before prom .
I brought it in the very polite staff meme we took the dress right away and fixed it , they also found a stain on the bottom of the dress and took care of it for almost nothing .
Customer for life .

I needed a last minute dry cleaning for a suit jacket, pants and a shirt for a holiday party tonight and I was worried it wouldn't get done in time. I came in at 7am and they were so nice and accommodating. They not only had it done same day for me, they didn't even charge me the entire emergency fee for prioritizing me. Truly nice people and I'll definitely be back. Clothes also look great!!

Executive Cleaners is definitely a five star rating, I would give it 10 stars if I could. Friendly and prompt service always. Stains removed that I didn’t think were possible, very personable and had some special things done after my parents passed. Executive Cleaners made that happen. Customer for life!Candice G.

I have been going to this cleaners for over a year. Has gone through a major change now that there is a new owner. Very satisfied with the cleaning and the customer service. Much better now than before!

Been a long time customer at Executive Cleaners, service is fast and well done. I've had clothes with stains, alterations and my regular clothes done and they always come back great.

0 stars if I could.. I have been coming here for a while now and usually drop off between 8 to 10 items... but this time, it was 6 items, and the cost was $90... which is what I normally pay for more ?... 3 of the dresses are linen and the other 3 were regular cotton. When asked for a price breakdown my receipt states formalwear? I am confused on how these translate to formal wear when the actual definition in the dictionary for formalwear is a states, "clothing, such as tuxedos and evening gowns, for formal social occasions." WOW.. this is absolutely highway robbery and when I asked to explain how these are considered formalwear, he just repeated formalwear to me several times.. he could not even explain it because they are not actually formalwear. I am so upset and think it's extremely wrong and I WILL NEVER BE BACK.

I'm sorry to give them a bad review... but my husbands shirts came back still dirty! The sleeves & collar were not even cleaned. Additionally I brought in a dress I needed cleaned for a trip. The gentleman knew we needed these clothes back soon because we asked for a slightly earlier date. When I picked the clothes up, he handed back my unclean dress and said he couldn't clean it because of a belt. He could have called us so I could remove the belt and have a clean dress for our trip.

Executive Cleaners located in Temecula was one of the worst experience with A cleaners.I had a black cocktail dressed cleaned . The man that took my order could not speak english or understand english very well. He quoted me $7.50 first and when he completed the receipt it was $10. When I went to pickup the dress I did not have the ticket. Another person was at the counter it was discovered that my phone # was wrong along with the wrong last name was on the ticket . I suspect this was the owner was not going to give me my dress or let me id my dress on the conveyor belt. I had to pay $11.50 for my dress per owner the price on the ticket $11.50. I suggest unless you speak Korean do not use this cleaner also price was too much for 1 knee level dress avg area price $7.50.

They washed and dried my $200 faux fur blanket instead of dry cleaning it. The faux fur is completely burned!!! Its ruined. They have dry cleaned it before with no problems. I'm so upset it took me forever to get my hands on this blanket and now it will never be as soft as it was because they stuck it in a dryer. Screenshot is how it used to look. I am very upset. I was leaving on a trip tomorrow and the website open until 5. I rushed over in plenty of time. And it closed at 4. And it’s closed tomorrow. So none of my outfits will make my trip. Please update your info on google. Thank you
