Don’t rent from here! They will sell you a bad lock that when it won’t open they tell you YOU have to call a locksmith!?!? Like they don’t have people to open locks since they do it all the time to steal peoples stuff when they don’t pay look at all the class actions. And then to top it all off they double the rent like a month after you move in then every couple months thereafter.

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage Temecula if you are looking for a clean, friendly storage company. Manager Tricia was very helpful in showing us different kind of storage units and pricing for our storage needs. Their rates are very fair and security is a high priority for this storage company. We were very pleased with the service by Tricia in answering our storage needs.

Subject: Disturbing Incident Involving Male “Manager's” Conduct in the WorkplaceI am writing this review/complaint as a concerned customer to report an unfortunate experience at your Temecula location on Rancho Pueblo on 27 Feb 2024. Upon entering the office to seek assistance, I witnessed an interaction between what I would assume is a District or Regional Manager, and the Property Manager at this location that left me quite troubled.The male “manager” was speaking to the Property Manager in a manner that I perceived as both degrading and disrespectful. The tone was belittling, and the content of the speech seemed to be disparaging towards the Property Manager’s performance and moral character. What made the situation even more uncomfortable was that this exchange occurred in front of another employee and myself as a customer, seemingly without any concern for who might overhear. He was completely unaware that I had even entered the office, used the restroom, and proceeded to wait to be helped, or the fact that I left after I had heard enough of what appeared to be disparaging assumptions and calling the Property Manager's integrity into question. It's clear this male “manager” has never walked a mile in a property manager's shoes or has an ounce of leadership experience to be in such a position that he is.As a patron and long-time customer witnessing such behavior directly impacts my view of your brand and my willingness to continue my patronage even after several years, if this conduct is tolerated by higher. If it wasn't for the superior service and professional attitude provided by the Property Manager it would be incredibly difficult to stay with Extra Space or recommend this property to others as I have in the past.Having had my inside unit broken into in the past I have asked Trish about security procedures and who monitors the CCTV on-site, she was more than willing to sit with me to calm my nerves and explain to me what it is she does to help deter and assist in identifying any issues with our units. I have been reluctant not to check on my unit every couple of days in the past but since Trish has been here I don’t feel that anxiety, especially over the past 7-8 months. As a security-conscious person and business owner Trish’s attention to detail with abnormalities to the property and reviewing camera footage every morning for any weird occurrences that may have taken place, it is a sense of reassurance that she cares and is doing right by us as customers. A key expectation as a customer is to enter a business that epitomizes professionalism and respect amongst all members of staff. It is discomforting to see an employee being treated poorly, which in turn raises concerns about the overall work environment and company culture that this male “manager” is being allowed to create with or without his immediate supervisor's knowledge.I understand that managing a team can be challenging, and at times there are conversations that need to happen to address performance issues, but these must take place privately and constructively rather than publicly and in a demeaning manner. Be aware of your surroundings and focus on creating a positive mental attitude and work environment as well as constructive training rather than enjoying listening to yourself talk and throwing your obviously unearned position of power around to female employees, all while being unaware of who walked into the same airspace you are occupying at the time.I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will take appropriate steps to address this unprofessional behavior. Promoting a respectful workplace is beneficial not only for employee morale but also for the customer experience.

DONT GO HERE!!!!! I left some merchandise on Thursday came back on Friday night and someone from facility went inside my unit and stole over 1000 dollars worth of merchandise from the unit don’t go here PLEASE READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!!!!!!!!

People is there anything we can do regarding our stolen stuff they stole from my unit can we call police or can we sue them lets get together and actually stop this this is so inappropriate i never seen this in my life people do not rent here this is bad people that steal your stuff.. lets sue this company they stole 500 dollars worth of goods please lets stop this

A little while ago I woke up in an Apparent heat induced fugue state. I found myself in the process of writing a review for a self storage company......and I was appalled! Why would I write a review for a place that preys on GOOD OL AMERICANS AND THEIR LOVE OF STUFF? The places that give said Americans places to put their stuff that they'll never use and charge them a pretty penny to do so?? Then it all snapped in to focus .. and I recalled having the single best customer service experience of my life with the absolutely amazing manager Tricia. She shattered the backboard Shaq-Style with a customer service slam dunk. Not only did she go above and beyond to get me a great price when I was in a pinch, she kept the hits coming by making the process easy as pie. She enjoys her job and it shows. And for this simple reason I'm giving a solid five stars.... would give 10 if I could. Thank you Tricia for restoring my faith in customer service!!

Trisha the site manager was a pleasure to meet and do business with. She was friendly, and extremely helpful. She explained everything clearly with the rental process and left me feeling sure that I made the right choice. The property is clean and well laid out. I was very happy with the experience and Trisha’s professionalism! I would whole heartedly recommend this facility to anybody looking for a storage unit.
