I just visited this store location for my second time. This store is very big and has all kinds of resources and supplies. I was returning an item, and Gian helped me. He was awesome! Very thorough, and also helped me quote how much boxes and then wrapping and shipping an item would be. Because I sell on ebay, these options are great to have. A little more pricey, but the 5 stars is based on how awesome Gian was at getting everything handled, being kind, and helpful. He deserves to be recognized for being such a good representative of this store and company!

Want your package lost because people can’t do their job, then use FedEx. They will deliver to the wrong address for you on the second attempt, even after you correct their error for not making the delivery on the first attempt with clear and concise delivery instructions… to their own pickup site mind you! Unbelievable how inept their service is. I will always opt for any other service than fedex for all future deliveries.

I called FedEx and they tracked my package to the Jefferson location in Temecula. I explained to the rep that I needed the package today and asked if I could pick it up at this location. He told me I could and to make sure I arrived before it closed tonight. I right away went to the FedEx ship center the same afternoon. When I arrived the men at the front desk told me the package was there but on a big truck that will not be unpacked until tonight so they would deliver it the next day. I asked why was I told I could pickup today; and was given some lame response that didn't make sense. I again explained I need package today and wouldn't have wasted my time driving all the way there and waiting in line if I would have known obtaining the package wasn't possible. FedEx needs to train their staff and accommodate customers when they don't!

Great service. Very friendly and efficient. Associate brought me a cart for my 60 lb item it was shipping out. She provided me a receipt quickly and wished me a good day. What else could you ask for.

The delivery driver deliver my package to the wrong apartment number. So when I contacted FedEx they could not help me with anything. I advise anyone that has this type of issue do not call them because they will not get to the bottom of anything, I feel that FedEx drivers are very lazy. Very disappointed in FedEx and I know it is a reptile company I feel that the driver should be disciplined for what he done with my package, but they did absolutely nothing to help a senior citizen, very disappointed?
