Every time I go here for work related shipments everyone is on top of it. Had to ship and had an issue with buying a box. Sara took care of it, and helped me with sending it off.

I recently used this place to ship a statue and it was horrible. I had to purchase a bigger box from this fed ex to place the statue inside of. I weighed it at home it was roughly 28 pounds somehow these guys are saying it weighed 150 pounds and charged me an additional 550 bucks after I already paid 80 for the shipping label. Never using a fedex again UPS is better.

I went in today with a couple of unusual requests and Leo assisted me. My most important mission was to get an image “mirrored” for a needlepoint Christmas stocking pattern. The original was facing the wrong direction and would not have matched the other family stockings. He was so friendly, helpful, professional and persistent in getting this job done! It took a bit of time and manipulation on the computer to get it just right and he was able to do it. I also had to have it enlarged before printing. In addition, I needed to have an old family photo scanned in an attempt to have the proper color tones appear when ordering prints. I truly appreciated his extra time and effort! Job well done! Thank you very much!

Bad service. There are 4 employees but only one is working, others are just talking. And in UPS is for free bag for return, but in fedex, they charge ur bag. And I return stuff is small, they try to request me to buy bigger bag. So ridiculous.!

Jeri S. was WONDERFUL! She was very polite and understood my rush order needs. She was able to complete my order quickly and it was a job well done! This store will be my printing service store from now on, even though there is an office closer to my home. The reason is because of the great service Jeri provided. Leo is fantastic! He helped me through every step of the way trying to print out my gender reveal invitations. He edited them for me to size that I just couldn't figure out and answered every question with ease. Give him a raise!

it’s been over an hour since they were supposed to open the store and the owner or manager is nowhere to be found. bunch of people waiting outside and nothing. there is no note on the door, nobody answering calls either.

Most of the time I go in and out in about 15 minutes. Staff is very helpful, and I wish I had a real, not just an authorized center in Menifee, CA so I wouldn't have to come so far.
