I’ve been there at least four times over the years for my plumbing needs. Good customer service, never had to go somewhere else for any of the parts that I needed. Good parking easy to load my purchase and I felt that the customer service was good. I would rather go there than any of the big box stores because they always had what I needed.

Kyle Powers deserves a raise, he’s always helpful, answers my calls/texts when I’m in a bind, gets me the best prices, knows his stuff, etc. I’ve enjoyed working with him for over 6 years. He’s the only reason I continue to shop there, since we’ve moved, Ferguson is furthest away from my shop.
And, No, he did not tell me to write this.

Sales men would not offer any assistance as to why a very expensive faucet leaked after install. Blamed plumber and said there would be no refund. Disgusting

Kyle at the Temecula Branch is fantastic. He went out of his way to fix an order that the call center messed up. He called everyday to check the stock and found one three days later! My wife and I walked into Ferguson's hoping to find a faucet part we needed. We were told Ferguson's would have it. They probably had it. But getting help was beyond. No way was anyone going to take the time to help me or tell me where to get it from. I did receive a "Roll of the eyes" and told to look on the wall. The wall is a plumbing wall with a lot of faucet parts. But again, getting help from the employees there, no way. Even when we walked in, no acknowledgement, no greeting or "welcome, how can I help you". My wife and I walked out angry as to how rudely we were treated from the time we walked in, to us leaving. Never again.

After getting an outrageous bid to have my water softener installed, I went to Ferguson Plumbing in Temecula to get some advice on doing it myself. I ended up talking to Kyle for some options and advice. Kyle totally took care of me, and I left there with everything I needed to complete my project. This is the kind of help and advice that you'll never get at the big box stores. This was a great experience I will be back in the future.

Same old Same old. Bad Customer Service. Understaffed Under Trained Phone Number Goes To Call Center. As A General Contractor I Don't HAve Time For Poorly Run Over Priced Vendors. You Homeowners Might As Well Go To Home Depot. They Couldn't Possibly Be Any Worse
