We had an unfortunate piece of something puncture our front tire and had our car towed to Firestone Temecula at 11pm. Used the early drop off box and received a call from Cayl who had the shop all to himself on New Years Eve of all days… He jumped on it early and had our two new Firestone tires there, the work completed and car picked up before they closed for the night. Thank you so much to him and his crew for knocking it out and making us feel safe again! This is the fourth car we have taken to our Firestone and we have always been happy with their service. Definitely recommend giving them a try if you haven’t already!

Firestone has such an amazing customer service. Had a nail in my tire and was not able to patch it and called everywhere for my tire size and Firestone was the only one that had mine. Big thank you to them and would recommend anyone to go through them.

I only go to Firestone for tires because their service is excellent. Today I found a nail in my tire and had to make a last minute stop late in the day to see if they could repair it. Their manager, Cayl, was able to accommodate me quickly. He was friendly and personable and kept me posted on repair time. I heard 2 customers talking and one of them told the other she only goes to this location because of his service. Definitely recommend.
