I went in for a return had my online receipt ready when Juliana told me she didn’t need it because I didn’t let her grab my phone from my hands then she proceed with my number she had an attitude the entire transaction when asked for a printed receipt she refused and said they don’t do that. She went on to whisper to her co worker about me. She’s unprofessional and shouldn’t work customer service

Employees always complaining. Always on their phones. Don't like helping when asked to get or do something. Instead of checking inventory or for upcoming events about releases they are short and don't want to help. Really wish they'd stop worrying about things that don't matter, and help customers. They were on the phone complaining about a noise and refused to help me with anything.

Had a bad experience a couple weeks back with a worker named Alexis, I think that was her name. Not helpful and kept disappearing to talk to her coworkers.

I went to this Foot Locker in spite of its low rating. All the reviews are old anyway so I wanted to give them a shot. I needed a pair of Pickleball shoes and Mason helped me out. He provided me great service while giving me options. When he brought out the shoes I was interim he also brought out another pair in another color. He says that I might like to consider another color. He was right by and I purchased the pair he recommended. I'll be back here for my next pair of shoes!!!

Product I wanted not in stock. They didn't sell out. It simply was not part of their inventory even though it was advertised as a new release. The person who helped me was kind though.

Terrible floor experience They try to bait and switch technique and are very rude. I don’t know who at this company is paying attention but you need to fix this issue for the amount of money people spend at your business we should feel like royalty when asking for help.

they lied to me they took advantage of me and im disabled such an unprofessional store who only cares about their pockets will never return if i were you id go elsewhere they do the bare minimum and do not go out of their way to make the customers happy instead they sell them shoes that dont fit properly and for the amount of money we spend youd think they would want to make the customer happy but no lol not to mention the employee looked high

Base on experience in this store today i recommend believing all the 1 star reviews..just go to the second floor in champs. Way better. Service..
