I gave a 2-star rating due to a bad experience. I was treated as if I was not a customer even though I was doing a return for Shein.
I was told to get in line and I understood that the other line was online order pick up only. So I waited patiently in the purchase line. And then, when it was my turn to be helped, the person that was waiting in the line where online orders pick up only was helped before me. Cashier said, " the customer was there before you". Then, why was the other customer waiting on the online order pick up line then and I was told to get in line where the purchase line was!
Then male cashier named CHASE said, " Oh, customer made a forever 21 purchase and we prioritize our forever 21 purchasers not Shein." That statement didn't need to be said. My husband and I clearly saw that the customer did not make a forever 21 purchase but was making a shein return as well.
A suggestion to your cashier, especially to the one I encountered, he needs to work on his customer service skills regardless if a customer was making a Shein return.
If your employees are going to treat people like that, then forever 21 should not accept Shein products to make returns.

If I could give zero stars I would. Your employee Jessica that is working the dressing room was rude and before your store is even closed she is telling people they cannot try on anything. It was 7:40pm and she said they close the dressing rooms before they close the store. I will never shop at any Forever 21 again. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.

Most of the employees here had a rude look on their face and were in fact rude. H and M across the way had great customer service and helpful employees. I will never step foot in this store again.

I’m 72/21@?! I love Hello Kitty! Your clothing is always well made and worth the money! You can get some fabulous deals with sales! I have 22 gr kids and some of the girls like your stuff too. I have shopped here since college! A word of wisdom: when separating the plastic clamps from jewelry and belts, do it carefully with manicuring scissors. Blessings everyone! Life’s too short not to have fun! I do swings and curly slides too! Rock on!?

Clothes are decent quality and they always have sales, so if you're shopping at the right time it's a good value. The staff however need to interact a bit more with the customers. I felt like we were bothering the staff and I didn't appreciate how they sent us from one side of the store to another to ask if they had something in a different size. Otherwise it's a big store full of fashionable clothes that my daughters wear.

This store is so messy all the time. They never have merchandise properly displayed plus the employees are not very kind nor do they care for the customer. Worst forever21 I rather make the drive else where.

Marissa was so helpful and sweet when we went in to shop!! She had excellent customer service!! She was seriously the nicest cashiers I have had at forever 21.

I never thought that I would be writing a poor review on a location, but the way I was made to feel and that of my child as well... It's causing me to write this.If you're a plus size person, don't even bother coming to this location. You won't find anything here and if you ask about it, you'll be told to go shop somewhere else. It was disheartening, especially with my teenage child there that felt like they got kicked in the gut with the comments and how they were made to feel afterwards.

If I can give this store a 0 star I would. I was discriminated against by Ullivia the store manger she Told me since I don’t have a receipt that I cannot return the items that I had because she doesn’t believe that I bought them, she was screaming at me in front of all the other customers she is very unprofessional and shouldn’t be representing forever 21 I will no longer be shopping there
