Terrible service. I called them to ask if they had a game in-stock the person on the phone immediately said no without checking their system. The guy on the phone also sounded like a untrained employee with no customer service skills. Won’t be shopping here.

I have a love/hate relationship with GameStop. The people are great - the system is terrible in pretty much every way possible... And they just increased the cost of rewards points and subscriptions....so.... Take it as you will

Big thanks to GameStop’s Justin, who told me for the first time that as a GameStop Power Ups Reward member, I could get buy 1 get TWO free on all clearance items! Never knew this, must have missed it before, but was glad to leave with three new Funkos which, after applying the 5$ monthly reward I had just been letting expire, got me all three for like 7$.Also another thanks to Daniel, who took over for Justin while I was still shopping and helped me leave with two cool 5$ clearance t-shirts. Including one with the Naruto run on it that my kids already think is hilarious!This is my favorite GameStop and this one experience miiiiiiight lead me to renew my membership one day. Thanks Justin and Daniel for the info and deals!

The guy there took forever to process a return and seemed like he didn’t care. Place has fine prices but I wouldn’t personally recommend. Also that fat guy that works there with blonde hair or whatever Also has a very bad attitude…

Awful service was waiting about 20 minutes for help. Then the employee who was super rude says you need know what you want and hurry up I need to close the store. I wanted to check if there was 2 used games in stock and get a controller but ended up not buying anything. Do not go to this game stop unless you want an awful experience. This was on July 16th.

Michael is the absolute best. This man saved my baby from traffic while also answering my questions about the upcoming next-gen console. I would love this man to be given a raise and also perhaps his own subscription to his favorite streamer, Aplatypuss. His heart massive, just like his ability to give above and beyond customer service. I would live for him to be my husband one day. Would come here again. 5/5

Never coming here again. Short Dude with glasses was super rude. Came to pick up my online order that was at least an hour and half that I placed it wasn’t ready and he tells us we have to wait another 30 minutes when the controller I had purchased was right behind him. We waited in the store until some other associate got our order because he didn’t even let us know it was ready when it was.

Dont ever try to get help from this Gamestop through call. They'll either put you on hold multiple times (after you get disconnected for being on hold for too long) or they wont answer the phone at all. On black friday, I ended up being on hold for over an hour, which I can understand because of the holiday, but that was the second hold I had been put on after being disconnected the first time, so i wasnt happy with it. And right now I've been calling every 5 minutes for an hour, and no one has answered. The workers at the store seem nice and helpful though.

AWFUL EMPLOYEE AND SERVICE. My sister and I stopped by for the Pokemon promotion that was going on. Basically, you get a free Pokemon plushy with a purchase of a set of Pokemon trading cards (~$4). It was all over Twitter and everyone was capable of getting their hands on it. Many of the GameStop employees weren't aware of it, but Twitter assured that it should work after scanning everything. After calling every Gamestop in town and asking whether they had any left, this location said they did which we were ecstatic about! We go in and grab the LAST PIKACHU PLUSHY and a set of Pokemon trading cards. There was only 1 guy working today and the line was getting super long. After finally making it to the cashier, the guy tells us that we have to buy at least $15 worth of Pokemon trading cards in order to get the free plushy. We told him that after he scanned everything, the promotion should work (and we should only have to pay for the trading cards). He REFUSED TO SCAN ANYTHING and said that there is a "glitch" and that the promotion we're talking about doesn't work. WHAT THE F**** BRO DIDN'T EVEN SCAN ANYTHING AND CLAIMS THERE'S A "GLITCH"? IF HE SCANNED THE ITEMS, WE'RE CERTAIN THAT THE PROMOTION WOULD HOLD. CLEARLY THE GUY EITHER ENJOYS RUINING PEOPLES' DAY OR HE WANTED IT FOR HIMSELF. THE FRUSTRATING PART IS THAT HE DIDN'T SCAN ANYTHING AT ALL. WE WOULDN'T BE UPSET IF HE SCANNED THE ITEMS AND THERE WAS NO PROMOTION BECAUSE AT LEAST HE TRIED, BUT HE DIDN'T. HE EITHER DIDN'T WANT US TO GET THE REALLY GOOD DEAL OR HE WANTED FOR US TO PAY MORE. F*** HIM.My sister and I are super bummed since it was the LAST ONE IN THE ENTIRE CITY and it was literally in the palm of our hands. Terrible. Just do everyone a favor and close already.

I bought a new gaming accessory sealed in box new, but when I opened the box, it was a used one instead. Also requested a refund on pre-order games, that have not been released, and was declined a refund. Bad business practices GameStop ???
