Came 12/18/2023 to find my son a nice game for the PS5 and Jesse was so helpful .He helped me find a game and also recommend a PlayStation plus wallet funds.The store is clean and they have a nice game collection!Definitely recommend this store !

Usually they are very helpful. This evening I had to go across town to fix a return issue. It got handled. They are managed by the same person, and once the manager got involved it was handled. Unfortunately I had to drive 10 miles more to get help. But it got resolved. So 5 not 1

Waste of time. Called ahead to make sure they would accept my devices for trade in. Showed up and got immediately dismissed by the employees. Why tell people you can help over the phone only to shoo them away out the door when they show up. There's a reason there's not many Gamestops left.

I had such a great time at this GameStop while I was there. The clerk at the counter was so nice and made my son feel like a billion bucks with the big deal I made about having this store be where we purchase the MineCraft Legends. Totally commeserates with all my past purchases at this location.

I walked into GameStop and was looking for rayman origins, suddenly it was out of stock. There was a deal, a long time ago, For the game. And I did not get it. It was out of stock after the deal, I still like GameStop but this issue ruined it. You gotta hurry up and get stuff in stock, GameStop!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I went in last night around 6 o'clock to get a new headset and controller for my PS4. I walk in the store is completely empty, except for two other customers, the two employees behind the cash register, ( female with big eyebrows and red head kid with beard) and what seems to be one of their friends hanging out by the register. The other customers leave and it just leaves me in the store. Thinking I would get some assistance now. But wrong, took over 15 minutes of me sitting there an not one acknowledged me or offered to help until I verbally asked for it. I tell them I need a new headset for my ps4 and could use a new remote because my current one has a slight lead.Now, here's The part that really pissed me off. After explaining to him why I was there he then proceeds to sell me a headset that is not compatible for PlayStation 4 and the used controller I bought should've never been sold to a customer for $50 I ended up trying out the controller because I figured obviously the employees at GameStop would test the controllers before taking in use property and just selling it to other customers but I must've been wrong because his controller deserve to be in the garbage every button stuck the right analog stick didn't even work. Just complete trash. Moral of the story, ruined my game progress, sold me a broken controller, A headset that wouldn't work, customer service was trash an Employees knowledge was even worse.Will definitely be going back in today around noon when they open to speak to a manager.

Bought 2 items on clearance as Christmas gifts and just tried to return them with receipt. They refused. Said no returns on clearance items or collectibles. And why would i know this? The sale sign did not state this, and the cashier (who happened to be there and i said, you did not tell me at purchase) did not tell me they would be a final sale. I never would have risked these items as a gift if I had known they were final sale. They kept telling me most retail stores don't return clearance items, and that is NOT true, most stores do. Besides that, why would I assume I wouldn't be able to return something with a receipt within 2 weeks of purchase! They do not care about the customer.

Stay with me here. I happened to find a copy of NCAA 14 for Xbox 360 in this store selling for $69. When I walked up to the counter, the guy scanned the case and told me they didn’t have it in stock. Weird. I left without causing much of a fuss but it bothered me so much I decided to come back 2 days later just in case it magically appeared. 2 days later I walk in…and boom. It’s back on the shelf. I walked up again to see if they had the game. Same guy who helped me before. But this time he actually checked the drawer behind him. Again, not in stock. I asked since they don’t have the game what do they do with the case? And I don’t even remember what the guy said cuz it didn’t make sense in my head. Fast forward 2 days AFTER that. It’s freakin’ back on the shelf again! Different guy this time and again they don’t have it in stock. If I understood him correctly he said it’s out there in hopes that someone trades that game in…and I’m hoping I totally misunderstood him cuz that makes zero sense to me either. If anything it’s false advertising. It’s not shelved under a “looking for these games” shelf. It’s with other pre-owned Xbox 360 games. I’m not giving this place a 1 star because the employees were nice and I’m giving them the benefit of the doubt. It’s just extremely weird to me that you would keep putting that game back on the shelf without a disclaimer.

Worst customer experience both at corporate and this store level. Incompetent store staff, but then again they work for GameStop soooo guess you can only expect so much.
