I had went in for a last minute haircut for my young son with Maria, the store manager, and she was patient and kind while cutting his hair. She was engaging with him so well, he was able to sit still through the cut! She definitely listens and delivers high quality service, we’ll definitely be back again!

Been coming here for a while, but im never coming back because the first time it was bad, a lady didnt really listen that much to my instructions and kind of went her own way, second time a male didn’t listen at all and did the opposite of my instructions, never ever coming back.

We came down from Fresno CA FOR A JIU JITSU tournament. We use Great clips all the time and have never had an issue. The young lady who cut my 10 year old’s hair completely ignored our request in hair cut and did her own thing. My son who was excited for his tournament was completely shook by this because his style is everything for his confidence, unfortunately he wasn’t able to shake this and he lost because this was too much in his head. The manager at this location gave us 2 free haircuts vouchers to use at “any location”. Well we’re here at great clips in Fresno right now 8/11 at 12 pm and we’re just told these only work for the franchise who gave us the vouchers and they’re all in Southern California. We are so disappointed and this will probably be the last time we ever use this business. As adults we can get over these things but kids who are developing their own identity can be affected by the littlest thing, the complete disregard and lack of explanation by the team at the Fresno location is just as disappointing. If I could give less than 1 start we probably would…

The staff here are nice but I asked to get my ends trimmed and I asked for it to be a U/V shape, not only was it super uneven but she cut more than asked too, I grew out my hair for so long and it was my most prize possession. I have never been so unhappy with my hair before, for sure never coming back, please do better and listen to your clients and don’t rush through it so much.

I don't get complicated haircuts. I want a med/high 0 fade on the sides and finger length trim on top. That's it. I even pointed with my finger where I wanted my fade line. I instead got a very low fade and barely anything trimmed off the top. I basically walked out of there looking exactly the same as when I walked in. I didn't bother saying anything about it that day because the whole ordeal took about 45 minutes (not including the time I was waiting for it to be my turn) and I honestly just wanted to get out of that chair. I was tired and hungry and wanted to get home for dinner. Only reason I give 2 stars is because the young man who gave me the haircut was polite and professional. He just needs to speed up a bit and listen to what customers want, not give them what he thinks looks good.

Not good, bunch of amateurs running the place. Worst hair cut I ever had and had to make adjustments with a pair of scissors when I got home. Not recommended
