CROOKS, CROOKS, CROOK! AVOID AT ALL COST.Absolutely the worst rental place on earth! I was suppose to get a FREE rental for dropping off my car for service at the dealer. They charged me $350 for the FREE rental a year ago. I tried giving them a second chance. Now they tell me I have an $150 outstanding balance!!! It was a one day FREE rental. When does the free part kick in?

These people are great Shane helped me through a tuff time. I reserved a car at avis in hemet ca and when I went to pick it up, no cars were available for pick up. So I had a friend Carl looking for a rental. He found this place, Greenleaf rent a car in temecula. They were able to get me a car that same day. And off I went to take my husband to a very important appointment at the VA in loma linda ca. Thank you for all your help. Everybody at Greenleaf is knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I would recommend then to anybody.

Needed rental at a dealership they brought a dirty smoked smelled car. The woman who brought it was shocked I wouldn't take it. Never rented before from them, never will, nor recommend anyone to do so. There is no way this company is 4.2 rating. Look at their reviews in the last year . Post covid service .

I can't say enough about the staff at this location. I have always been greeted with such kindness and professionalism. My visits (2 within the last 3wks) went as smooth and simple as possible. I appreciate their attention and hard efforts!! If you need a rental I strongly recommend this location.

My fiance and I rented a vehicle on thursday because 1 of our cars were down. They didnt inform us that they were closed on saturdays, so we were basically charged for the whole weekend on friday without even knowing it. I called and spoke to the sales clerk and she said I could have googled to see when the hours of operation are( which i felt was kind of rude and unprofessional) I've rented cars from alot off places and usually they let u know the weekend policy before u actually rent the car. I will never rent from them ever again.We ended up paying twice as much than if we would have if we would have been informed prior to renting from them...never again

This rental car company is ridiculous. I have had the most unpleasant experience the past two times I have used them and I only use them because they go through dealerships when people are getting their cars worked on they coincide with the dealership and allow people to rent cars when their cars being worked on for an extended period of time however this company fails every time to either give back the hold that they placed on your credit card they will not release it for like a month or this rental car company assumes you still have the car and charges you an extra $952 when you don't even have the car. This company called me today January 3rd and said to me we're trying to authorize your card for $952 however it's not accepting it can you please return the car? I said to the lady who is the district manager who apparently doesn't have her girls organized at this location I don't have the car anymore you guys have it and she says no we don't and I said well I dropped it off at the dealership just like I was told that I can either drop it off at the dealership or I can drop it off with you guys. And she says well we never picked it up apparently so you assume that I still have the car you guys should do a courtesy call and say hey do you still need to rent the car? Instead of fraudulently charging my card $952 when I did not authorize that charge. Anybody who reads this please do not rent a car from this company and if you do make sure after the fact you contact not only the car dealership that you dropped your car off at to make sure that her girls picked up the car and call the rental car company like I did and told them I dropped the car off come pick up the car and make sure you report it to the BBB to let them know that this rental car company is a hoax and also to report it as fraud. The girl in question her name is Shane she apparently has an attitude and doesn't want to address the situation at hand she wants to continue to say she's sorry she's sorry but sorry don't cut it after so many times. Shane needs to be fired. And the district manager because she refunded me my money she thinks she did me a favor she had to refund my money I did not authorize her to use my card so she would have been in breach of contract and she would have been charged with fraud also. Everybody stay away from this company!

Another great experience there. Staff are accommodating and professional. Lydia, Nicole and Kayla are helpful, kind and attentive. Will certainly be back soon for another rental.

I had a wonderful experience with Lydia, the manager at that location in Temecula, and also with staff member Kaitlin, who gave me a ride back to my car repair place after l had returned the 2022 Toyota Corolla Greenleaf rental car after own car was ready to pick up after being repaired!I highly recommend the Temecula Greenleaf rental car agency if you want friendly, economical and expert help and service when you need to rent a car!!!

Giving this company even a one is a stretch for me. I was sent over through Hyundai of Temecula to get a car rental while mine was getting fixed and, honestly, I was shocked, that any reputable car dealer would work with such unprofessional people, let alone send their own customers to them. I was treated so terribly by a "manager' named Lydia that I ended up calling her boss to complain. This manager was so unprofessional and her treatment of me was so aggressive, I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone, let alone do business again with them. Take my advice, go to a car rental agency that will treat you like you matter, you may pay a bit more but, it is worth it.

do not use green leaf rent a car, I was authorized by insurance to get a car from them, they asked for my credit card in case i damaged car or didn't return full of gas. Instead of following up with insurance company for their payment, they decided a month later to hit my card for the amount of the rental plus $100 extra. Not acceptable. Will pursue damages to full extent of the law.
