Disappointing. Got here at 8am, there's 5 people in the lobby and only 1 guy. There's other employees, they walked around the lobby or peeked out, and yet its 8:26am and only one employee helping. Ridiculous.

I am a long time Hertz Presidential Gold Member. I have never had a negative experience at this location.
They are customer oriented. I highly recommend this location.
