I love the whole Temecula team always so friendly and helpful Tyler today was went out of his way to help us in a difficult situation i hope he knows he’s amazing very nice guy awesome under pressure. Mico came in after and was awesome as well thank u ! And I didn’t get the guys name at customer service but he has a tattoo by his ear with a smiley face awesome got everything ordered thank u for being so patient in a stressful situation all these men need raises lol there are other who helped too thank you all as well gentlemen with red hair too so sorry I didnt catch everyone’s names you guys have a great team !

Lazy and rude to customers. Nathan in flooring snatches the tiles from my hand because he was asked for a price. I’m sorry you’re mad about doing your job?? Checkout staff rude. Customer service depart chit chatting and could care less to help. SMH this place has gone downhill. I’ll stick with Lowe’s

There was a woman of color who did not want to give me the money at the price it was when they were on discount and she wanted to give it to me at $29.99. It was a bad experience because she swore that they were not on discount and if $12.88 she removed the price in order to not sell it to me and I left it another day, my husband bought it with another woman and she just set the price without even asking! It made me very angry because it made me feel like the price changed!!

Home Depot Temecula. If I could leave no stars I would! I call 2 days in advance and order a bunch of block wall, rebar, concrete, mortar. concrete bits, etc. I set it up for will call pick up because they are a week out for any paid deliveries. My contractor shows up at Home Depot the scheduled day for pick up and the order is not even filled and ready for pick up! It takes him another 1 1/2hours to get my order filled and loaded, by hand of course because other people are loading with the forklift. This was all while the rest of the crew was standing around on my dime doing nothing because there was no material to start working with! What a bunch of lazy jackass's! What is the purpose of will calling a prepaid order? I bet Lowes will appreciate my business for my next project in a few months. All the I'm Sorry's" I keep hearing everywhere I go for stupid people who can't do the job they are being paid to do is starting to wear on me! I don't know what the starting wage is for Home Depot but they are being overpaid for what they do! How hard is it to fill an order if that is your job???
Stop saying you are sorry and JUST DO YOUR JOB!

A Home Depot associate stood near me and watched me shop for about 10 minutes. He didn't acknowledge me or offer me any help. He just leaned on some products, silently. I was uncomfortable after a bit so I started the conversation by saying hello and asking him if he knew anything about the product I was interested in buying. He shook his head no. He was being so strange that I had to leave this review. I also do not understand why he was relaxing because his department was messy. I had to move a couple of orange gates left in the aisle for an elderly gentleman struggling to come through. There were also cardboard boxes left on the floor. I live down the road from this store but I think I will be shopping elsewhere.

Stood in the median right next to customer service desk, playing with a 9 ft market umbrella I wanted to buy. Trying to figure out how it tilted. Then wanted to buy a stand advertised for $49.99, but the only one we saw was attached to the display. All this took about 20 minutes. In the meantime, no one from the store acknowledged us. Employees walked right by us and never asked if we needed help. Finally had to go to the restroom. Guess what. All the lazy employees were in the break room eating pizza instead of helping customers. Ignorance abounds in this store, because intelligent people would have closed the break room door! Don’t shop here. It’s an experience of futility ?

This world needs more individuals like Jose.
I unfortunately have to go to the Home Depot extremely often, and I always observe Jose going out of his way to initiate contact with individuals who may or may not need help.
Jose is also always lending a hand to other associates and you can tell he serves as a mentor and lending a lot of great knowledge.

I greatly appreciate our local Home Depot. The floor staff and cashiers are friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I had a less than stellar experience ordering a custom screen door for my house. The door was ordered in May 2023, final install was January 2024. I was originally given an 8 week turnaround time from order to install. The first time my door showed up damaged, I was undermined by the Customer Order Specialist as she squinted at the door to find the imperfection and try to convince me it could not be easily seen so we could accept the order.. I expressed that I could see plainly with both eyes open there was a crease in the mesh tech screen in which we paid over 2k for. Aside from that situation and other delays, I am happy with our door. The management staff ensured I was kept in constant communication with updates and our installer was also courteous and professional. We receive compliments on our door, I am satisfied with our purchase.
