Priscilla has been very helpful and kind. When I need a product she know which ones are on sale and which aisles to find them. Its nice to have a friendly person be so helpful when you need to shop. I hate shopping

Chris took his time and showed me he wanted to be there, he showed he's dedicated in what he's doing. Everybody was calling him and he took his time to explain and help me figure out how the bath tub trim works. This kid is a great hand, and you guys need more people like chris

Always a wait to check out. The worst on weekends, weekend warriors... The front part of the store is packed. Fire Hazard surprised they haven't been cited yet. In an earthquake you would not get out in time I'm sure of that.

Thanks #HomeDepot for ruining my son's graduation party. Needed replacement fridge for our outdoor BBQ for his party. Home Depot promised 1 day delivery for 6/1. Then the product didn't arrive on 6/1 and I was promised AM delivery on 6/2 by customer support. Now I'm being told the product won't arrive until 6/3 and too late for my son's party. Quoting dishonest shipping timeframes on your app and website is a great way to lose customers.

All I asked was to cut a key for me. The guy made all kinds of excuses why he could not do it. When I told him, they have done it for me before he said I have been cutting keys here for 8 years and they shouldn't do that. He was so unhelpful. Not sure why Home Depo keeps people with no customer service around.

This review is directed towards Angie at customer service. She proceeded to make comments such as "let me do my job, I can't deal with your attitude", etc, and eye rolls when my husband( a past home depo employee)was kindly educating her on a particular item. Initially I saw she was overwhelmed and gave her the benefit of the doubt, offering her to take her time, to help others and that I could she she's overwhelmed. She continued to disregard the unnecessary compassionate validation made towards her and continued to talk back. After a rude comment to my husband she ignored my response stating she can not talk to my husband like that and continued to talk over us. She does not deserve a customer service job, she needs therapy.

Self check out is the worst. Hire some checkers and attend to your customers. I forgot last time I was there I said I'll only spend money at Lowes because they have actual checkers. I went back and of course, stupid self check out.

Horible service. I ordered wood and supplies for a home project to be delivered to my home. It was delivered in 5 deliveries over 5 months. By the time I received all of the parts, I tried to begin my project only to discover that some of the wood they sent wasn't the correct size in width or length. When I called to get the correct size, they 1st said that they would come and get them if they were in good sellable condidtion. This was not the case as they didn't deliver the wood in sellable condition with rough edges, not the designated length or width. Thus they eventually had me talk with a manager and continued to put me off. Now over a year later I still have the wood that I can't use for my project and the manager is saying that they can only take returns if it's requested within 30 days of delivery. This wouldn't of worked either as they took 5 months to piecemeal deliver my project. Now I have to find somewhere else to purchase more wood for my project as I have a stack of wood that I can't use.

As a Vietnam veteran, I'm generally not used to any special treatment although in recent years many businesses have shown their appreciation by providing some discounts for veterans and military personnel. My gripe, however, is with The Home Depot in Temecula in their poor attempt at offering veterans a 10% discount on merchandise. For the past several years they have offered discounts at certain times of the year although retrieving these discounts has always been such a hassle. There has been no consistent policy on what military or veteran ID is required. Sometimes the discount has been given and at other times, the store associate denies the discount. Recently, however, they set up a Military Discount Program via The Home Depot app. I completed the registration and downloaded the app on my phone. Unfortunately, the reception at the Temecula store is poor, and the app doesn't work. This has happened to me on several occasions when I've tried to use the app. Even the store associates have indicated that it's a problem and have honored my discount once they saw my veteran ID. Yesterday, I purchased some items and showed my veteran's ID. However, I was told that I had to use the app. I explained that because of the poor Internet reception at the store, the app was useless. The associate didn't care, didn't try to help me in any way and I didn't receive any discount. Once again, there's still no consistency in the policy. Why is it so difficult? If you wish to offer a military discount, that's fine and much appreciated. But, at least, show some flexibility when you know the reception is terrible. From now on, I've decided to purchase my items from Lowe's whose military appreciation policy for a 10% discount is so simple. They issue you a card, which I scan prior to purchasing, and I have never had any problems there.

I spend more money with Home Depot each month than any other bill that I currently have ongoing. The service and help at the Temecula store is sparse and unknowledgeable...... but the single worst part is the ridiculous line that they make you stand in instead of in front of each register. They insist that you go to that line and wait to be called, while others continually walk up to the registers to get assistance. There is no sense of organization or anyone directing traffic. Completely unorganized at the Home Depot in Temecula and for the prices we pay....they need to get their act together.

Place is the worst ordered some interior double doors takes 11 weeks to make them 11WEEKS!!!! Paid in Advance $1,000+ it's going on 13 WEEKS NOW AND STILL NO DOORS!!!! There not custom doors there not odd doors there regular standard solid core doors. Made in the USA my ass when it takes 11 WEEKS TO MAKE A DOOR this country has gone down the toilet. I could get my pilots license in 11 Weeks. I could get my Associates Degree in an accelerated program in 11 Weeks. I could have a premi baby in 13 Weeks. I could have done something to change the course of history in 11 Weeks. Where the hell are my doors!!!! The worst Update: Doors are finally in they sent the wrong hardware and apparently a dam hardware store has to wait 2-3 more weeks to get the right hardware. I get $100 credit and get to wait 3 more weeks to have someone actually come out and install them. Do not order doors from here unless your prepared to live in a cardboard box for half a year there a joke. This isn't a joke and for the money I paid they can put it in a tin can yell "pull!!" And shoot it with a Musket for all there lousy effort and service it would take them 13 weeks to reload.

This store is great and a lot of the employees here are very helpful. However there is this one female associate that works by the registers that is very rude. Her name is Eva and I hope management gives her some lessons on good customer service. She always gives me attitude whenever I want to use self-checkout and she raises her voice for no apparent reason. I've noticed that she treats her fellow employees with no respect. Every time I go to the store I always see her standing and doing nothing which is unfair to the other cashiers that are struggling to kill lines. Someone with her attitude should not be working at this establishment and I hope she gets fired soon.

This place is terrible. Customer service doesn't exist. Manager Eva is incompetent and should be fired. We have spent so much $$ here and continuously receive crap customer service. We ordered flooring and had a huge issue.. they put the wrong address and changed the delivery date 4 times. I've called and requested to speak with the flooring manager 5 times and she has yet to return my call. They are rude and clearly don't care about their customers. We will be using Lowes from now on.
