LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! My personal favorite Hot Topic to shop at <3 the sales associates are so helpful and knowledgeable and I always feel like I’m welcomed every time I walk in. I can never walk out of there without having a fun conversation with them! The managers are wonderful and clearly know how to treat their staff. They always looks like they’re having a fun time working which is so rare to find nowadays. Shout out to all the managers! They are so kind and lovely everytime I speak to them ♥️
If you want fun customer service and a safe place to shop I couldn’t recommend the Hot Topic of Temecula more!

Everytime I've shopped here, I've always been greeted with friendly service that reminds me why I choose this location over others. You could tell that the employees are enjoying their work and are in a good environment, which lends to an incredible guest experience.
Always a good place to stop by on any Promenade mall visit!

the workers here are alwayz so sweet and kind literally angelz sent 2 work on earth, they’ll stop and chat with u and will share their interestz with u super silly :333 yeah it can be expensive ig but the workers always let u know if there r sales and u can actually save a lot of money using coupons!!1!11!1 kinda off topic but they also have a huge range of legit funko pops that r rlly kewl lolz >_< and last thing PLZ sign up for a hot topic membership it’s free and they don’t spam u with ads and u can save a LOT of money oml anywayzzz byee

Service sucks at this hot topic. The workers are so rude and stuck up it's insane. If you want to be treated with respect go to hemet- shocking I know.
