Went there to try to get help with a semi complicated tax issue and was immediately talked down to, interrupted and talked to like I know nothing. Tim is possibly one of the most condescending people I've met. My issue related to military severance pay and being owed the taxes back. Tim refused to believe me, wouldn't look into it at all, and told me good luck when I said I would go somewhere else. Well I went to starkey bros in oceanside and Natalia knew exactly what I was talking about. By the way Tim look up st. Clair vs the united states for future reference.

Used to file my own on turbo but too much changes last year. Loving and very helpful especially with so many new changes going on with these tax. I thanks God for Margaret who helped us last yr and I got to scheduled with her again this yr. THANKS MARGARET!

From the receptionist to Margaret & to Jeff at the Temecula office, they are top notch and so friendly. As scary as the process is they made it a no big deal and we're getting money back! Definitely a very welcome surprise, especially when my Hubby was so stressed about having to pay & pay big! They , Jeff is definitely going to do our yearly taxes!
