Adrian Fiorella (timepiece manager) went above and beyond to salvage what was shaping up to be a poor customer experience on my end. After some logistics issues (that were out of his control), the final delivery and presentation of the Tissot watch I’d ordered were less than ideal. Nevertheless, Adrian sprang into action in the moment and took several actions to save the day. He was not to blame for the issues at hand, but understood his function as the face of the organization at the point of delivery. He singlehandedly retained my business going forward.

I highly recommend working with Adrian the assistant manager of Jared Temecula for all of your jewelry needs. He is very attentive when making personalized recommendations, has knowledge about quality as well as versatility of different designs, and makes you feel listened to plus prioritized as a consumer. I’m overjoyed with my new jewelry and will be happy with these pieces for years to come. Make sure that you ask for Adrian.

I popped a stone out of my wedding band and brought it to Jared for repair. My engagement ring was purchased at Jared and the band was purchased at another location. The two rings are fused together. I was told by the sales associate that both rings were covered under my warranty at the time they were fused. When I brought the damaged ring to Jared I was told it wasn’t covered. Adrian Fiorella helped me and when I explained what I had been told about coverage, he took care of fixing my ring at no cost. What amazing customer care! I can’t speak highly enough about Adrian’s assistance and his concern about customer loyalty. I’ll be coming back to Jared for my next purchase based on the concern he showed for my situation. Thank you Adrian.

The wonderful ladies who helped me choose my 2.25 ct stone were amazing. My recept said the diamond would be here on October 5th. I called to check on it today. *AJ* answered. AJ spoke rudely to me from the beginning. She kept telling me from the beginning to turn off the speaker phone (I was not on it) and told me, "I have too many people in here to worry about you right now. You should just call back tonight tonight or tomorrow!" After the respectful and kind way the sales ladies treated me, I was super hurt by the way AJ treated me. I cannot help but question if I am only treated with respect when I am buying, a not afterwards..

Adrian located in Temecula at Jared Jewelers was very knowledgeable in helping my fiancé and I find the perfect wedding rings for our engagement and wedding. He was patient, polite, and understanding of our concerns.

Geneva Cicciarelli sold me platinum band and a diamond along with a watch. She was very helpful and knowledgeable and I appreciate all her help.Adrian fitted my watch and cleaned my old watch. I have nothing but good things to say about this store! As soon as we walked into the store we were approached by Pam, who then took my ring idea and brought it to life! The ring itself turned out perfect and communication throughout the entire process was spot on! Thank you all so much!

As a first time Jareds client, I was completely blown away by the above and beyond customer service shown and provided to me first and foremost by Andrew at the Temecula shop, along with his colleagues, Adrian (Assist. Manager) and Jeremy ( District Manager) also at that location, who promptly helped me in having my piece expeditiously, securely and safely delivered overnight to Chino Hills - Jareds. I sincerely appreciate all of your work ethic, professionalism and support in getting this very special piece arranged for me. This is a very important life changing moment for me and you have all helped ensure the timing of my personal decision tremendously! Wow - AWFUL customer service. I went in earlier today ( around 2pm) to do some shopping for an anniversary band. There was one other customer in the store for jewelry repair. There were no other customers in the store and 5 employees working. The employees weren't even on the phone. I was told where to look in the store when I entered, which happened to be where all the employees were "hanging out". No one even acknowledged my presence much less offered to show me anything. I made a couple of "laps" around, narrowing down what I wanted to try on and potentially purchase. No response - not a glance, not a smile, not a "Can I help you?" NOTHING! I was wearing jeans, a t-shirt and tennis shoes - too casual?? Don't know if that had anything to do with it - it shouldn't. I was in there for close to 15 minutes. I was not going to "beg" for someone to help me. Management take note - this could have been a sizeable sale for your store. Shoppers beware and shop elsewhere!Just noted the "canned response" from the store manager to contact them. Nice to receive a response even though it is clearly "cut and paste". I chose to spend my money at a locally owned, long time jeweler in Temecula the very next day.

I guess they are so successful they don't really need nor want new business. My husband and I went there a couple of weeks ago to see about getting some opal earrings. I showed the saleslady a picture of what I wanted. She told me to text her the picture so she could research it and she would get back to me within an hour. A couple of days later I reached out since she never contacted me. I understand people can get busy. She told me the gentleman that designs custom jewelry would be in the next day and they would get in touch with me. As I mentioned before, it has been a couple weeks and crickets. Good luck to them but there are too many jewelry stores to waste time on someone that promises to get in touch and never does.

I first want to start out by saying how amazing Kenzie is and how extremely patient she was throughout the whole process. I had a budget of how I wanted my future fiancés engagement ring to be and not only did we both customize her ring but she went under budget as well with the ring I was specifically looking for. Amazing customer service and made the whole process enjoyable even as nerve racking as it can be. Highly recommend anyone ring shopping to go with Kenzie!
