Unfortunately good help is definitely hard to find, I guess nowadays it’s even harder to find people who don’t discriminate…
My mother ( a cancer survivor ) loves to go to JC Penny. She’s been going there for years. Today she went in to a get a haircut - the little hair she has left because of chemo. The lady at the salon looked her up and down, gave her a dirty look said “Sorry we can’t help you here, please go somewhere else” . We didn’t get this lady’s name but she was an older lady with blonde hair. She was sitting at the end of the salon… With that said be warned if you do go into the JC penny Salon.

The service I just received at JCPenney from Sharmane and the GM Mona, was simply amazing. I would recommend going to this store to anyone. The atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable, and I can not say enough how wonderful Mona was. I really do greatly appreciate good customer service. They are fantastic at this location. I can not wait to go back and do more shopping with them.
