I asked them to look at my brakes because I had “a feeling “… the mechanics discovered my Brake fluid was contaminated ! So they kindly took care of that and did such a good job — I appreciated their attentiveness !

The staff are friendly and professional. The wait was a little long but that must be that they have many customers, a good sign. I was very impressed that they would not sell me something I didn’t need as many places use this practice to enhance their profitability.

Service and staff was great!!! facility was only 2 bays and doing a break job on another vehicle this took about 35 mins not to mention the back up behind me when I left and the price that was quoted wasn’t out of line however the 2 extra quarts of oil over the quoted price took the price to not worth the wait and won’t be going back to Jiffy Lube again.

Been servicing my truck here for years. Always full synthetic. Was never told about the 20 dollar Amazon gift card found out about it on my own. When you go to the site it gives you specific instructions and says to submit. After you submit it tells you to make sure the date and amount are circled or your request will be denied. The site sets you up for failure that is some B.S. needless to say I won't be back
