Right on the freeway offeamp, make sure you get a room in the south side. Very noisy on the north side. Third floor rooms recently remodeled. They did a very nice job. Check in was average at best, I missed several things the clerk mumbled as she's said them a thousand times and is clearly unsatisfied with her job.

Refused My Card Over the Phone & Nearly Left Me Stranded
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I called ahead to La Quinta Temecula while traveling cross-country with my Psychiatric Service Dog (PSD) in training, and they refused to take my card over the phone — even though every other La Quinta on my trip did so without issue.
When I questioned why, they said they would cancel my reservation if I didn’t show up by 3 PM and showed zero flexibility. This is not only inconsistent with Wyndham’s other properties but discriminatory and completely unacceptable treatment of a disabled traveler trying to plan responsibly.
I ended up having to book online through a third party just to secure a room. If this is how they treat people with disabilities, I’d strongly suggest staying elsewhere.

There were bugs crawling in one of the beds. When we checked the other bed, and pulled back the sheets, it looked like blood stains on the sheets and mattress. We called the front desk and spoke to Craig. He offered NO type of solution. He did NOT even offer to have the room cleaned or anything. Instead, he just kept repeating that they were booked and he didn't have another room. We asked for a refund and he said we would have to speak to his manager Kathy. Well, she was even worse. She admitted to knowing the sheets had stains on them but pretty much ignored the fact that there were bugs in the bed (we.even had pics and videos) and basically refused to give us our money back and kept talking over us. She said she would give us points instead. The room was almost $300, they gave us an equivalent of about $100 in points. We didn't even end up staying the night. We ended up leaving at like 2am, driving all the way back home because we wouldnt be able to sleep comfortably in a room with bugs in the bed. We reached out and left messages for the GM, and still have YET to hear anything from them. Clearly they don't care about their guests and the customer service is extremely lacking. I'm usually really fair, but this was the worst hotel I've ever been to and honestly the worst customer service I've experienced so far.

We enjoyed our stay at La Quinta. The facility was clean and quiet. Breakfast included eggs, sausage, hot and cold cereal, yogurt, English muffins and toast. The lady working the area was friendly, kept everything full and was constantly cleaning tables and the food area

You get what you pay to say the least, the night watchman was a little creepy, sarcastic and mildly rude. Don’t expect for any of the vending machine be working you can’t even get what you pay for in regards to these.. Once we entered our room we noticed it was cold so naturally we turned on the heater and it smelled like we were reheated a coffin. Intern we had to open our window with a broken lock to get the smell of death out of our room. After giving up on the heater and closing our unsecure window we decided might as well to watch television, not to our surprise at this point the TV Naturally played 90% commercial with 3 minutes interruptions of actual TV. So instead of enjoying a nice warm secure room with a movie we were forced to place something in the windowsill and resort to an iPad with extra blankets. Upon waking early in the morning due to the cold temperatures, we decided to take a simple shower, not realizing that half of the water would end up on the floor, soaking up the dirty clothes that had been placed there. I thought this would be the end of it, but then we went to breakfast they gave you 90% of the fixings to make an egg McMuffin, you get the egg puck and sausage puck and English muffins but no cheese. The orange juice tasted like it was squeezed from a concentrate tree. Needless to say I decided to avoid the extra bowel movements and move on to a reputable restaurant, 10 for 10 would not stay here again and don’t waste your time calling the front desk on the hotel room phone. It’s better to just go do it yourself.

The rooms are very clean, and the staff is very nice. We got a good room on the third floor, granted, it wasn’t the best view out of the window but it was a nice room nonetheless. They even came with DOVE brand soap shampoo and conditioner. None of that cheap hotel stuff. Major points there! 👍

You get what you pay for... or you get less than you paid for. Located next to the freeway, with racing cars all night. beds are hard, pillows are old, shower is dirty dingy and in desperate need of a new shower curtain. housekeeping is upon request only. Coffee is awful! Breakfast is gross and all liquids come out of a machine- including the lobby coffee. called and asked if the coffee makers were kerig or filter and ground kind- they told me kerig and they were filter and ground kind but they are the cheapest maker with the circle filter ground situation - whole thing leaks everywhere, it’s so frustrating. We got the room for a little over 100$ a night and I don’t feel it’s even worth that value. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Overall a great room for the rate. Breakfast was a plus and bed was very comfortable. Room could have been cleaned better, there was crumbs on the floor when arrived. Right next to freeway so it is a little noisy. Service was excellent!

My wife and I liked the location in where it's near to the winery farms and the Old Town in Temecula City, and it's also pretty close to Pechanga Casino that we had some fun time at night there. We would go back to stay this hotel some times in near future.
