Great experience while we searched for recliners! Welcomed right away by Desmond and he walked us thru every option in detail to help us narrow down a choice. Not surprising, we found the perfect chairs to meet our need. Added bonus was having Kimberly come to our house to do actual measurements and ensure the chairs would b a perfect fit as well as how to get into house. Even better was she brought the dozen fabric samples we liked to get a real view of how it looked in the lighting of our home. This was perfect to pick the ideal fabric pattern. Start to finish, worth every penny!

UPDATE: Delivery time is 10 days out, really NOT GOOD if you need the item (lift chair for serious situation) quickly. We did. Quality of item unknown and will be unknown until Thanksgiving at this point. Great store. Very informed sales person. But…BUT THE WONDERFUL SALESPERSON CALLED A FEW DAYS LATER AND RESCHEDULED DELIVERY BY THE 7th day. THANK YOU!

Sam our sales rep greeted us and I told him we were interested in chairs. I asked him about the MAVERICK? He guided us to the chairs and explained that the chairs were designed with heights in mind. I’m 5’1” the MAVERICK was too overwhelming for me! All in all we found a chair that was for me. Hubby was happy with his as well.

My husband and I had such a great experience shopping at Lazy Boy. We were pleasantly surprised to find so many wonderful choices that met our design needs. We were pleasantly greeted by our design sales associate, Desmond. He was very knowledgeable and offered good suggestions for our needs. We were looking to replace our existing sectional sofa as well as adding a nice comfortable chair for my husband to enjoy. Desmond showed us the zero gravity chair, which my husband fell in love with. He also told us about their in-home designer, Kimberly, who we absolutely loved. She met us at our home with some beautiful options. We are so thrilled with our design and very excited to see everything in place when it arrives.
