Awful wait times that consist of hours. They are short staffed. Scheduling appointments are nearly impossible without waiting weeks out.

I searched on google to check the business hours it says open at 7am . I called to be sure again the voice recorder said open at 7am . So I went there to be surprised that they were still closed and with stickers the time had changed to 8:00. Is unprofessional, it’s a lab corp must be open early in the morning that u can do your blood test or other , specially if you are fasting or you must drop your kids at school either you must be at work on time.

I've been there about 12 times in 4 years. They always do a great job with the blood draws. I get taken care of within 15 minutes of my appointment. Friendly staff.

I had an appointment for today and had already paid for it, and last night Labcorp emailed me to confirm and remind me to fast, which I did, and I thought, wow, cool! 5 Stars! And then when I was halfway there this morning, I realized they had texted me that their lab was going to be closed today! With no clues as to how to reschedule or anything. So then I was like boooooooo. No stars. But then I found another lab even closer to my house on Temecula Parkway and hoped to just walk-in, since I was getting super hangry and close to wanting to chew on my car upholstery by then, and as I was reading the marquee to find out which building to go into, I saw there was another Labcorp! So 5 stars again! So I went inside and gaghhhhh! They were about to be closed for a whole hour for lunch! No stars again! But then the phlebotomist came in and helped check me in. I couldn't follow the screen directions to check in by then because I was feeling weak from the lack of food and burritos in my system. But he was super sweet and got me right in, told me some jokes, took my blood and sent me on my way! 5 stars again!!!! Thank you ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very professional! Yasseen I is a great phlebotomist. From check in to blood draw and verification of my information before and after the draw, made sure that everything was accurate! I am a hard draw but he did one arm, one try almost effortlessly! I left the lab happy!

I would like to give keyuana An Outstanding acknowledgment for her professionalism. I have had the pleasure of meeting her several times Over the past year and 1/2. And each visit she has been A great representation of labcorp. Friendly, pleasant, helpful, Knowledgeable, and professional. Labcorp will always be my choice amongst numerous facilities. I went in as a walk in. Checking in was easy, with the machine. The waiting room was simple and clean. The staff at the desk and phlebotomist (same person) was so sweet and caring. I am a hard draw and she was very skilled. I do not like needles and at 53, I still get anxiety. She was so thoughtful and asked fun questions to take my mind off of it. It was painless! I can sometimes come out looking like a Dalmatian. We talked and she laughed at all my jokes. I left feeling very appreciated as a human and happy. I am new to this area. I was hoping this facility was going to be as good as the Rancho Mirage one. They are and I am very pleasantly surprised. I failed to remember my girls name. I wish I had. She deserves all of the stars.

Checked in and waited for well over an hour to be seen or spoken to by personnel, while either people who arrived after me got seen immediately.

Today I went for lab work at Labcorp and was taken care of by Yaseen. I had an appointment so the check-in was very fast and easy. Yaseen is fast, friendly and experienced.Wonderful lab experience !!!Bengt SannerNote: At another lab (different company) I waited in the waiting room for 3 hours and when I was finally seen, I was told that they don't contract with my health plan. Very disappointed..... : (

Nice workers, fast and friendly. Had to do weekly blood test. Make an appointment if possible, in case it’s busy that day.
