I purchased 2 pairs of glasses form your Temecula store. Literally, 72 hours after I received them, my new Oakley sunglasses were stolen. I went back in, and talked to our same salesman/optician Reid (582673) who we purchased to originals from to see how much out of pocket it would cost to replace them. Reid was able to discount the replacement for me so that it didn’t hurt too bad. Through both encounters, he was a consummate professional, and provided an extremely high level of customer service.

Reid was super friendly and helpful he fixed my favorite prescription sunglasses quickly, truly a lifesaver. They have nice designer frames here and excellent customer service. Convenient location can shop here or Macy’s. Customer service is very attentive and helpful in picking out the perfect frames for you.

Honestly- thee best experience! Me and my boyfriend went in to see if we could buy nose pads? Since one was missing on his glasses- they said you couldn't buy them- so they ended up giving them to us- ALSO EVEN completely cleaned his glasses too! They do free repairs here and cleaning for glasses! I personally am not a glasses person but after the amazing service by the assistant manager -george- he was super friendly and super helpful- I'm definitely considering buying the $400 glasses I had my eye on and getting my boyfriend the pair he was looking at!! Thanks again for the awesome experience! We will be back for sure!!!

Been coming to LensCrafters for years even though they are out of my network. I get treated well from the moment I walk in until I walk out. This time I had the chance to taken care of by Harith. He was stellar, he wasn't pushy and gave me great service and a great experience of all my others with them. I'll continue to do my business with them, they have a customer for life!

Jason was professional and worked very quickly. I sent my husband to Lenscrafters so he can fix the screw on my sunglasses while I help my daughter shopping. He came back with my sunglasses in less than 5 minutes. My husband was very impressed.

Salma is an absolute rockstar! I was trying to replace the arms of my glasses and just couldn’t do it myself, the screws were impossible for me to remove. Salma instantly said she could help right away and insisted on not charging me anything. She fixed the issue in 5 minutes! THANK YOU SALMA!

Came in needing a hinge pin for a pair of glasses that had just lost one and was delighted to be greeted extremely graciously by Salma. She was kind enough to take the time to great me while being busy at the moment and once she wrapped up her current task, she fixed my glasses and had me on my way in minutes. Thank you Salma!!
