Living here was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Throughout my lease, I had constant issues with my upstairs neighbors making excessive noise at all hours of the day and night. Despite filing multiple noise complaints and lease violation notices with management, nothing was ever resolved until I got a lawyer involved. After that, management finally deemed the noise excessive and my neighbors were kicked out.
But instead of things improving, management raised our rent the very next month. They also allowed my upstairs neighbors to pour things on me and my dog from their balcony, throw trash in front of our door, and harass us regularly – all of which was caught on my Ring doorbell camera.
To make matters worse, management lied to my upstairs neighbor after accidentally emailing me her entire email thread where she was making false complaints against me and my fiancé in retaliation for every complaint we submitted about her. When I told management that they had given me all her personal information, their legal team claimed they had informed her of the “accident,” but when I reached out to her directly, she confirmed they never told her anything.
There is so much horrible stuff I could say about this place. They are unprofessional, retaliatory, and have zero respect for their tenants’ safety or privacy. Stay away at all costs.

The assistant manager Mariela was great! She let us know what was available and helped us by answering all of our questions and concerns and giving us a thorough tour of the property! 10/10 experience. She is the reason why we applied and did the resident application!

I had a Great tour experience at Morning Ridge!! The staff there is so welcoming. my husband and I went on a tour with the assistant Manager Mariela, she gave us an awesome experience she was super informative on questions we had. Very professional, Super friendly and makes you feel comfortable. We are so grateful for the experience and highly recommend making Morning Ridge your new home !!

Came in to view the property and Jillian was warm and greeted my family and I. She was patient and knowledgeable, answered all my questions. Definitely a great experience. 10 stars

I have lived here for 7 years. Recently we got new neighbors who do not understand that the walls are paper thin. They live next door to us, and have told us we are too loud. They complain about every footstep. Every time I get a noise complaint, the apartment office calls or writes me telling me to stop. Stop what? We live in our apartment from quite literally 6:30pm - 8am. I take my girls to school or daycare during the day, I work 40 hours. There is nothing out of the ordinary that we are doing. I have explained this to management, but they keep telling me to keep it down. I don’t know what we are keeping down since we just live here and walk around our apartment? Super frustrating when we’ve been a tenant for 7 years.
Also- fun fact my fridge door doesn’t close properly, my dishwasher doesn’t work, and currently my ice maker is over making ice.

I’ve lived here almost 7 years and we’ve had a lot of different managers come and go. Some not so great, but the ones we have now Mariela and Jillian are actually the best we’ve had in a while. Whenever I need something fixed it’s gets taken care of as soon as possible and the repairs are nicely done. They make the holidays fun for the kids and always have a smile when I see them. Whenever the time comes to move out of Morning Ridge I will definitely miss them. The maintenance guys Chris and Esteban are really nice, very respectful and much appreciated!

I've been living here for 3 weeks now and so far everything has been great. The maintenance staff has been friendly and responsive. The front office was very communicative throughout the onboarding processes. When I came in the apartment was extremely clean and felt brand new. My neighbors are already really friendly.
The trail is great for my dogs and kids. There is pretty much any shopping you need in within 5 minutes. We have very much enjoyed our first few weeks living here.

Living at Morning Ridge apartment has been a great experience so far. The community is peaceful, vibrant, conveniently located. and the apartment itself has been everything we hoped for.
We want to thank Mariela, the assistant manager, for always being so helpful and attentive. Her dedication to ensuring residents are happy is truly appreciated.
We also want to acknowledge the maintenance team they are consistently prompt, professional, and efficient in handling any requests.
We’re happy to call this place home and appreciate all the effort that goes into making it such a great living experience.

They dont care about people that have lived here 7years + and their landscapers are the alarm of the buildings they start at 7 am and wake up the whole neighborhood until 9 am. Which is stupid

They’ve changed management yet again. We are now on our 5 manager in the last 2 years. Cannon management is the worst. Even worse than the local team is their regional manager Irma. If you can find somewhere else to live, that would be your best option

Normally don't post, but there's so much negativity nowadays thought it's time for some positivity comments.
Transferred to this area & was looking for a place to live & was very fortunate to find this residency.
From the daily property mgmt.team, landscaping & maintenance crews this place has it all.
Professional, Friendly, Sincere Neighbors & a Quiet atmosphere to relax after hectic daily strife.
Landscaping is beautiful & the property's maintenance keeps the entire areas here immaculate.
Like many complexes; There's rehabs, upgrades to units & surroundings etc...
Recently many projects needed to be accomplished & there were many obstacles that unexpectedly came up.
The maintenance team was on top of every circumstance that arose.
Steve, Jose, Chris, & others whom I don't remember.
Results, results, results in a most timely professional manner.
In fact, the crew has always been there & accomplished their objectives.
Would like to mention the front office staff that has always followed through in a timely manner too.
Personally have dealt with Keisa mostly, but have spoken to others who are as professional.
Ty to all, we appreciate you...
