I rarely eat at McDonalds cause their service is horrible! Cannot get a special order correct to save them! I asked for Xtra pickles and onions only to get just a bun with a meat patty! And the ticket clearly says in BOLD the instructions! After complaining the mgr told me he would put me on a list for a free meal..Which I came back today for only to have ANOTHER bad experience from the get go! There was no one in the drive thru, when Aiden finally decided to speak and immediately told me to hold on. Another car pulls up to the other side and was immediately helped! I was shocked cause I thought they would be told to hold on too! Aiden finally came back, I let them know about the other car being served and they told me "Well, it's just because im really busy right now!!" Then she gave me a problem trying to get the free meal, said I wasnt on a list! After I asked for a mgr, she looked shocked and I had to tell her again to get a mgr while she was stupidly smirking! When I told the mgr about the busy excuse, she was told to never tell customer she is too busy! As she should cause clearly she thinks customer svc is a joke! Idk if they are just being horrible on purpose or their playin a dumb game with people's time AND MONEY, but it's unacceptable! I hope that with higher wages being offered now, that they will also start to hire better employees!

Nobody wants to work anymore. Get a new job. Showed up at 2am 4/9/24. Person told me they aren’t taking orders cause system is resetting. I asked how long to reset and they said they’ll take orders at 3:20am. First of all I’ve come by at this time a dozen times over the last 4 months to this exact location and never had this issue. I’ve been told that they have limited items but they still could take my order. I have a friend who works at McDonald’s who told me resetting takes 15mins max. Do your job. Hire new people.

I tried calling to see if they had delivery because I saw an ad about “mc delivery” and when they finally picked up they hung up on me immediately after I asked, after that I called a second time, they took forever to answer and when they did they played a loud high pitched noise and then hung up,

Dine in experience is not good. You have to go out of your way to get customer service. The inside feels dirty and the morning staff look gross.

Food quality is way down. Service at McDonald's these days is virtually non-existent considering these days you have to take your own order pay for your food yourself at that thing and then if you're lucky you'll see somebody at a front counter once in a great while and your food takes at least 5 minutes minimum to get to you even if you've ordered just a drink. My average time at McDonald's these days is 10 minutes before I get my food or my drink.

They ALWAYS mess up my order. Not even exaggerating. Next time I will unfortunately have to have the car behind me waiting while I double check everything in the bag is correct. It’s very frustrating when I go in and get home to incomplete food I BOUGHT. & when I call it’s no answer or no way to make things right like atleast offer a coupon or add on some extra cookies. It’s absolutely ridiculous at this point, they need better training because I don’t understand what’s so hard about just getting a fast food order right. It shouldn’t happen every single time

I went into this mcdonald's for lunch. I usually use the app and do mobile order.The place was filthy. Only one other customer in the store and all but ONE table was dirty with previous order scraps, wrapper, etc... or just food particles, lettuce, sauce; on all but one table. Several workers in the back of the house but no one thought to clean up? Will never visit this store again.I have worked in the hospitality business my whole life and i currently drive uber so i visit far too many fast-food joints per week. I was grossed out.This was the dirtiest i had ever seen (that wasn't filled with costomers, as that i could understand. Not accept, but understand).So i left and instead, spent my hard-earned money at the Burger King, next-door. (Which was spotless, btw)

Food is good, had a hard time through drive through. Very slow 30 minutes to get.to window. Once there they did not.have of my food and said I canceled on my ap order. However my receipt showed they were charging me. I asked for a refund or other food to make it up and they acted with an attitude before giving a refund.

Out of all the McDonald’s you could possibly go to in Temecula, avoid this one. I’ve never had a good experience here. Computers are always down so they only take cash often. Literally didnt include a whole large fry that I paid $5 for. Won’t put sauces in the bag despite you asking for it at the order. I just had to ask them three times for ketchup, at the order screen, at the pay window, and then when it still wasn’t given to me at the drive thru wait parking spot, I had to walk inside to get some ketchup. Fast food employees seriously getting paid $20/hour in California to literally suck at their job. This is a perfect example
