Signed up for service here. Had to deal with some guy who isn't an employee talk incessantly throughout the whole ordeal which distracted the employee who setup my account causing him to setup a random pin number and enter security question answers incorrectly. It took forever to figure out what the pin actually was. Plus he was becoming somewhat confrontational. Came back to purchase new phones, sat down and began waiting for a representative and the same guy came in to hangout so we left. The service is fine but the random drunk guy always in the store makes us feel uncomfortable.

You know what, as for the "STORE" itself, I'd give you a zero stars you should be ashamed Metro Pcs making your employees work with no Air Conditioning. And your customers suffer to, no wonder your not doing good in sales. Any way this 5 star review goes to your star employee she was by far one of the best employees I've ever had help me in a cell phone store, she was honest and kind and all around positive even though it was like 94 degrees in their. That didn't matter your employee Elizabeth C. She is an amazing employee you better keep her. And get her a dang fridge or some running water and some fans for God sack show your employees you care...

UPDATE!!3 years ago I went to this location and today I went again because the Murrieta location didn't answer I called couple times they didn't answer. I was kinda scared if I would have the same experience like last time. I'm impressed and happy to see this location has improved. The employee were very helpful and friendly.today's visit can't complain about it ?I went to this store 2 time the workers there aren't nice they are always talking on the phone is like they don't know what they are doing but the one in Murrieta those people there they will help you nicely not like the one in this store so I rather drive a couple miles to have someone kind & friendly not like the people of this store.

Absolutely, I'd recommend this store!I spoke w RJ for a period of time over the phone today. He answered all my questions plus was thorough. He didn't get my service (found a cheaper plan-that's not his fault).

They said they say they have the best service around and they don't and then they keep trying to drag you in with these free phones and there's always something that you have to do to get out of your sprint contract to get your Free Phones or to get signed over to the magenta plan they just lied I just keep telling lies I can't stand it I hate my service and I can't get any service in Temecula

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! They don't deserve 1 star but I had to give it something to post my remark. For starters, I walked in and a customer was being helped by a very nice young lady. At the other counter was a young man, I think his name tag said Ron who looked about 20 years old with his head down sleeping. STRIKE ONE....VERY BAD FIRST IMPRESSION ON A CUSTOMER!! I explained that I haven't been receiving any emails since the end of January. I have no idea what he did to my phone but it's worse then when I walked in . THAT IS STRIKE TWO!! My emails use to be on a black background and now it's all white, which I can not use due to my migraines. They have a HIRING sign on the window. Hopefully they will hire EXPERIENCED AND ALERT PEOPLE. The young lady that was helping the female customer who only spoke Spanish, was talking about another female employee and how she is ready to quit because she doesn't want to work with her anymore....THAT WAS STRIKE THREE!! The female employee should really watch what comes out of her mouth, because I understood every word she said. Just because someone doesn't look Hispanic doesn't mean they don't understand. I was very tempted to walk over to her and her customer and tell her it's inappropriate to gossip about co-workers. I am really sick and tired of the unprofessionalism with your young employees. They need to learn the proper customer service skills to help the public. All they want is a paycheck but not do any work. Why the hell is your male employee sleeping at at the counter?? It was quite visible from the appearance of his face that as asleep. This is not the 1st time I see this kind of behavior. After this, I won't go to another Metro PCS. I will find a new carrier.

Came in and the dude was stubborn about a code that’s I did not have. I told him it was fine I’ll come in another day and cancel that account and I’ll just get a new # he didn’t even ask me what plan I wanted, he gave me the cheapest one and I told him to upgrade it and he said their was no other plans when clearly their where $50 , and $60 plans . I ended up paying $10 for the activation fee and the $30 a month . After I told him to upgrade my plan. He kept insisting on getting the cheaper one I told him no and he finally gave me the $50 one . But didn’t charge me the other $20. The very next day my phone was out of service because of the guy who clearly didn’t know what he was doing. Not only that but he gave me a phone number that already exists. I had multiple random people text me and many social media accounts are already registered with this number. Don’t come their a joke and a waste of time

I hate being lied to my face by reps. I went in with an issue on a newly purchased device that had given me issues from the time I purchased it from their location. Unfortunately the first round of COVID had hit when I purchased my device during a visit to Hemet. I was greeted with a smile and all upon my return less than 6 months later. The problem with that, it was all lies about the resolve of my issue. They didn’t document nothing in my account about my complaints. When I went to another Corporate Store I found out that nothing had been done nor documented! They lied and said they put in my info for my warranty exchange and acted like everything was great. I waited over 2 weeks and got nothing! Went into another corporate store and they took EXCELLENT CARE OF ME! I WILL NEVER DARKEN THE DOORSTEPS OF THE Winchester Store in Temecula EVER AGAIN!

The store is always closed during normal business hours and they don't properly train their employees. New employees are thrown out on their own being the only one to watch the store and they have no idea what to do or how to help and I was told to try again tomorrow and see if someone else is available to help.
