They are awesome- start to finish! My daughter designed the program for her grandpa’s funeral service and since I had no experience with this, I was very nervous that the photo front and 8 sides of inserts wouldn’t come out as she had envisioned . It came out perfectly- just like the screen on her expensive Mac:) For a visual old- school person like me, they even created a sample for me to see before I ok’d the project and the sample was amazing as well. They know their stuff and didn’t mind my graphic designer daughter FaceTiming into the conversation at the set up:) And I needed a fairly fast turnaround time as I was leaving in 4days for the funeral.Highly recommend !

Stopped with samples and logo to have stickers made, owner to me she would quote within 1 hour and then she left. 28 hours later and I still have no response, I guess they do not want business from small companies needing to promote themselves.

Extremely happy with the customer service we received. Had a banner made and went back to have door magnets made and I was blown away. As a new company they made us feel like we mattered. We will continue to have all of our printing done here. We HIGHLY recommend Greg and Tom at Minuteman Press.

I don't even know where to start. I had the absolute worse experience with this place. I wrote them a check for over 700 dollars. They screwed up the WHOLE order. I waited a week and went back to pick up the corrected items. The owner said they were at her home and to come back. She said she wouldn't cash my check yet because we hadn't received the merchandise. The whole thing was just bizarre and trying to communicate with these people was impossible. She literally went and cashed it the same day., after looking at me straight in my face and saying she wouldn't. I still haven't received half of my order. She knew the check was more than what the total was and she still cashed it. I am shocked.
