Chris is an absolutely phenomenal insurance agent as my wife and I were navigating our first home purchase. He was very communicative and really good at explaining all the complicated aspects of the process. He also is extremely fast and on top of things, and gets really good loan estimates.

Absolutely the best mortgage company and escrow I have ever used, and I've had several. Taylor Loop is on top of everything and the best communicator. He kept me informed almost every day and every step of the way and closed way ahead of schedule. I will use them for all my transactions. They are the best, bar none! We couldn't be happier with our choice of Modern Lending as our broker. They were able to easily beat our other competing rate offers. The team moves fast, but ensures excellent communication to make sure you are good to go at each step of the process.
