My sewing machine was giving me issues and I didn't know hardly anything about it. I brought it to Moore's to see about getting it repaired. It turned out it just needed some minor upkeep. Nancy was super helpful and taught me how to service the machine if the issue happens again. She was kind and humorous and I am super grateful for these guys!

I took our sewing machine in to have a problem fixed. Nancy quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. She also taught us a few things about the machine that we did not know!

Every team member at the Temecula location is so knowledgeable and helpful! I visited the store while on vacation to look at a Scan n Cut machine. I had visited many other sewing machines, stores and brother dealers to try to get a demo of this machine, and to ask questions about it. Every other Brother dealer did not have anybody on the floor to answer any questions about the machine.But as soon as I mentioned it at the Moore store, they knew exactly what machine they had it out to show me a demo and they knew everything about it and all of the features. They also offer classes for this machine. I was so impressed. I bought the machine while on vacation and they shipped it to me with their free shipping offer.I will be visiting their store every time we vacation in CA in the future.

I went in asked if they fixed seeing machines and Joshua started working on it right away. He was very nice and I guess it was an easy fix so did not charge me and also let me know correct needles to buy and gave me a cheat sheet for them. I was impressed with the place. I will definitely be back.

I have been a customer at Moore's for about 10 years. Recently I brought my Dream machine in for servicing. I received it back in a very few days. It was clean and a sample of various stitches showed that the machine had been adjusted properly. Great job!

I purchased a sewing machine a simple Baby Lock Adventura II. But years later, and I only walk in many once a year, they remember me as I walk through the door. I love that when they know you plus the machine.

I was having issues with my sewing machine and FINALLY broke down and took it in. I asked for a sewing machine repair store recommendation on Facebook, and Moore's was recommended to me. I took my machine in and was kindly greeted by a woman who asked what I was coming in for that day. When I showed her a picture of the stitch issue I was having, she plugged my machine in and started at the beginning with re-threading and even replaced my needle that I apparently had in backwards. She tested my machine to ensure the stitch was correct (which it was!) and sent me on my way. She did not charge me for her time, expertise or the needle! She could have very well taken my machine, checked it in to be serviced, and charged me....but she didn't. She had great customer service and I will go back with any future issues and/or services needed!

I took two of my sewing machines there and immediately received help from Nancy, an employee. She was very knowledgeable and helped correct the problems I was having with both machines. Nancy was very friendly and helpful as well as a talented seamstress. I have purchased three machines there and all are good quality. Moore's stands behind their machines and always offers technical assistance when I have a problem.

Got a wonderful Janome CM17 for a great price, would have given 5 stars if got artistic software waiting for it. Then I will change to 5 stars
