I came in to cash my check and a teller named Angelina refused to do so. I told her I was going to be switching banks and I wanted to withdraw my money anyway. She continued to refuse to help me AND flagged my account due to not having funds in my account. I reminded her that I was switching banks and she told me I could get my money on Wednesday. Horrible customer service here. I am glad to be switching banks and not having to deal with this BS.

Worst freaking Bank EVER- how anyone can bank with BofA is beyond me. They won't accept cash deposits, and to get through to anyone capable online is beyond me.

This place is horrible always long lines and then you have bankers standing and asking, "what you need help with?" What's the point of those people working there?

They are under construction but have no signs directing customers and no notice in their Yelp advert.

I had to wait in line outside the bank for 16 minutes before I got inside, only to wait in another long line (over 20 minutes) There are four teller windows, but only two tellers working. The magic Covid partitions are in place & everyone is wearing a mask so there shouldn't be an issue with posting another teller or two. I am going to research other banking options...after over 20 years. P.S. The south door, a posted exit, is locked & does not have panic hardware on the inside. I'm pretty sure this is a violation of the fire code.

I waited for 35 mins in line around the outside of the bank to see a teller on a Tuesday. Only 2 tellers working. The Worst. Go somewhere else if you need to go inside.

So I get with COVID there's a line to be expected But today I was absolutely frustrated In the Temecula Murrieta area there is only 1 of 4 or 5 branches open and at the one that's open ONLY has 2 tellers ... are you kidding me? Why Even lake Elsinore only has 1 branch that's not near the frwy open Elderly people standing for a minimum 1 hour in the hot sun .. such a lack of empathy or concern for their customers who they make millions of dollars off ofI'll not be banking here

I stopped by the Bank of America located on Ynez last Saturday for an appointment and was at first impressed with the customer service. Not only that, the place was thoroughly clean. The establishment is in line with the COVID safety policy. Social distancing labels were professionally posted in and outside of the facility. There was plexiglass integrated throughout the customer service line. The security guard was courteous and did an amazing job ushering the customers in line and was even able to answer a few transactional questions. A perfect example of organizational empowerment and taking ownership of job responsibilities and going beyond expectations. What also caught my attention was when David, the front desk representative, walked an elderly man to his car. The teamwork and positivity in this bank are apparent. The downside was when I was directed to send an email in the morning this past Tuesday for an appointment at noon and that a call or an email will be sent to confirm the request before stopping by at the branch. Unfortunately, neither a call nor email was ever rendered and the entire morning was not productive.

One teller open 5 employees walking around and arguing with customers. Finally got to the teller and was treated rudely by the Head honcho lady after waiting in line for 2 hours that wrapped around the bank. Go somewhere else.
