At the printing department, Jeremy gave us extra special attention, at least he made us feel that way. He is young and ambitious. He even emailed us our final copies. Office Depot Max is our favorite in Temecula, CA.

I want to say that I was very impressed with the professionalism
and guidance we received from MARQUIS. I told him what I wanted and he showed me a variety of options to pick from. We recieved an excellent price for the product and save alot of money. He was compassionate and humble with no pressure to sell me a high ticket item. It is rare to see young adults with good manners these days which compelled me to take a moment to recognize such fine character. I will definitely recommend this store to any friends or relatives seeking products sold here.

When I first arrived in Temecula roughly two years ago, I was required to acquire numerous items of office equipment for my small business. I was historically loyal to Office Depot because they were my first sponsor in 2002 when I started providing small business management seminars. However, over the years, all of the big box stores started reducing their brick and mortar presence as they transitioned to an online business model. With that reduction came less emphasis on direct human customer service. This particular Office Depot proved to be an aberration. While I was passing through the store simply looking at some items, Marquis took an affirmative approach and inquired as to whether I needed assistance. I mentioned something about the store which had bothered me for roughly 4 months, which theoretically most shoppers would not have noticed. He took care of it fairly immediately even though it was not something which would have affected the bottom line. The next few times that I returned to the store, I noticed that this small issue had been addressed. That's the way you motivate long time customers, especially Baby Boomers, to return and be loyal to a big box brand. We're used to personal communication and direct service. Not everyone lives and dies by online commerce. My hat is off to Marquis, who despite his relative youth, provides old school customer service.

I went to get 2 copies therefor was told to use the self serve I said no because you have to use a card so the manager took the paper said I will charge you 550 for 2 copies really so I left that is why there is no coustermers in the store I'm glad people take things from there store good I did I'm not returning back

So tired of employees just staring at you, hoping you will go away. What's happening to the customer service here? It didn't used to be that bad. I actually paid for a printing service that they could not complete (very simple thing I needed). I just asked for my original document and left. I waited 30 min.

Specifically Adam and sales advisor Mark are the worst workers ever. I asked them for helped and neither of them helped me after I asked them for help. There was only one person ahead of me and I had to wait 45 minutes just to get help. After I got help I had to wait another hour just for a simple black and white print out.

I came here for a simple thing: I needed a hot glue gun. I did not leave with a hot glue gun. First of all I had a hard time finding it at all because I couldn't find "adhesives" up on the signs where it says what is in every section. No staff was on the floor to assist me either, so eventually I went aisle by aisle. Putting it in the very back corner where you keep printer stuff just doesn't make sense to me, it's a crafting tool, put it by the other crafting supplies. The price tag they showed was NOT the same as the one showed online, and I could only find one of the glue guns, when online it says they have multiple brands in stock. I figured they might have ot locked up or maybe the online one was not up to date. The I go to checkout and the only guy who seemed to be working there immediately walked away towards the "business center". A bit rude, but I see a tiny sign saying to be checked out at the business center. So I thought he was going to check me out there. NOPE! He goes to look at one of the printers and goes back to checkout and turns his back to me. At this point I was done. Clearly they didn't want my money so I left. In which the guy FINALLY said something to me. He said bye. Funny how cheerful he was to be saying bye to me when I didn't get a hello walking in. Why employ people who don't want to get you money? Why hire people who actively make it more difficult to buy a simple glue gun! Even adding a self checkout at least would have allowed me to get both of us what we want! Please hire people that don't mind talking to a customer

How is it that only one soul person that works here can do lamination? This is a failure in Office Depots part. This is the second time I’ve been here and been told “he is at lunch” by the other employees that didn’t bother to help me out. Very disappointed with this “customer service”

Had a bad experience. When I came in there was three people standing around talking.(like they were on break)..no one else in the store... After asking where the item was and finding it I came to the check-out counter...no one was there... Called over to the print dept. she stated that one was on break amd she would help eventually and the other person said the same as they walked away....This seemed strange to me now that I found something I was prepared to pay and no one cared enough to check me out....
I got tired of waiting and left the store....With this kind of service and cannot imagine how they stay in business!! 😆 Date 6/23/24

There is an amazing employee there that really went above and beyond to help me. I wany to acknowledge Michael. He was friendly, kind and efficient. It's just before closing and was very patient with me.
