I have been using Robert for my detail business for a few years now. From regular daily cars to exotics you can trust his work. I have worked on cheap paints and some that range in the 80k range so I am usually very picky. Don't be fooled into thinking the paint is shady since he does the repairs outdoors. I don't know what kind of magic Robert does but his paint comes out better than some local shops with millions of dollars in equipment and spray booths. Robert from on the spot bumpers was amazing!! Very honest, reliable, patient and kind. Truly had my best interest at heart. I had a unique situation where my g63 Mercedes wheel cover got dented from a minor hit... Robert assessed the situation and when he came he saw that it looked worse than it was...his whole thing is he likes keeping things as original as possible which is what he did... he buffed everything out and then contacted his talented colleague Dean from DP dents who does paint less dent repair to finish the job. Robert saved me 4k from having to replace the entire wheel cover. Thank you so much Robert and Dean!

Robert was prompt, communicative, friendly and did a great job. For 1/5th of what you would pay at a body shop he came to my house and did the work in 2 hours. Can't tell where the damage was at all. Highly recommended!

Our band new Tesla was bumped from behind. I made an appointment with Robert. About 3 weeks later, he came and fixed the bumper and some scratch spots here and there. It was perfect. My wife couldn't event tell ( neither do I) where the crashes was. As same as all the small scratches. And the price was unbelievable. The whole thing only $625. I believe a person has to love what he is doing to have quality works like him. If you lean toward money, you will never be the best. Note: I don't get any discount for posting this. I just appreciate how the man work!

Robert did an amazing job! From initial contact he was quick to respond and thorough about what he would be doing. He gave me a quote to repair which was a great price in my opinion, very reasonable. We scheduled an appointment and he told me he'd contact me if he got an earlier opening- which he did. He's kind, respectful, knowledgeable, and has great quality workmanship. Robert was great in repairing quite a number of chips on the rear bumper cover of an IS300 F-Sport. It looks absolutely fantastic, the paint matches 100%, and there is no visible difference between the repaired/repainted areas and the OEM paint color. He on time, friendly, professional, competitively priced, and did awesome work. I'd definitely recommend his services and if I ever need them again, I wouldn't hesitate. If you are a super nitpick about your vehicle's appearance, Robert is the guy to contact! Thanks!

I saw all the 5 star reviews and decided to have my bumper repaired by On The Spot, I wasn't disappointed, bumper looks perfect, Robert was right on time and repair done quickly. Even charged me less than what he quoted. Highly recommend this business.
