Ben and his crew at Pacific Stone made our kitchen dreams come true! With it being our first kitchen remodel we wanted to go with the best and we did. Ben came to our home and personally tailored an estimate for us, and was so excited throughout the process. I had a couple of additional items that I wanted to fix and he got it done the next day! They are a 5star company and Ben was the best!

I like the showroom at Pacific Sone because they have a good selection w/ large pieces you can pick colors from. You can also see the equipment they use to fabricate.Their pricing was right in the middle of 2 other quotes I got. Ben got us in the schedule and within a few days we were wrapped up. The installers Shawn and Gabriel did a great job installing our countertops. This company is a professional outfit.

Solid company! We had a slab crack on install due to an existing fissure in the natural stone. They warranted it and took care of the issue quickly. Great communication from Ben and the rest of the staff.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Pacific Stone and its owner, Ben, for the installation of countertops and backsplash in my kitchen. From the moment we stepped into their showroom, Ben's warm welcome, informative guidance, and incredible patience made the process of choosing our countertops an enjoyable experience.The demolition of our old countertop was executed swiftly and with utmost care. I was particularly impressed by the meticulous work that ensured our existing cabinetry remained undamaged. The cleanup after the demolition was very thorough as well.The installation process was nothing short of excellent. Throughout the entire process, the Pacific Stone team displayed an unparalleled level of care, providing us with valuable information and attention to detail. They handled the countertops with precision and skill, seamlessly incorporating our new sink and cooktop. (mounting sink and dropped in cooktop)However, the true highlight was the installation of the backsplash. The gentleman (sorry I forgot your name!) from Pacific Stone demonstrated an uncanny level of skill and artistry, turning what could have been a routine task into a masterpiece. His attention to detail in creating the perfect pattern was truly extraordinary, and the end result exceeded our expectations.Every member of the Pacific Stone team, from owner Ben to the Pacific Stone team, exhibited exceptional politeness, knowledge, and a strong work ethic. It was evident that they took immense pride in their craft. I definitely recommend Pacific Stone and I am looking forward to working with them on our next project.Thanks again Ben!

They did a wonderful job on our new kitchen counters. Their crew were on time, professional and friendly. I would recommend them. However, be aware their prices don't include any electrical work or plumbing installation you may need. The four star rating is due to this fact. They told us the electrical and plumbing would be about $500.00 each for our install using the electrician and plumber they recommend. When we got the estimate from their recommended plumber and electrician, they were three times as much. They both did good work for us, especially the plumber but, just be mindful of this and factor that into your budget. Overall, the whole install was considerably less expensive than the other qoutes we got and our kitchen looks beautiful. So again, we would recommned them.

Pacific Stone Solutions were amazing to work with, starting with Zach (in sales) to every installer that was part of this project. We are beyond THRILLED with the result. Every person who took part, came when they were supposed to, and did what they said they would. All in the timeframe given. This level of prefessionalism is rarely seen these days. We had new counter tops and backspalsh installed and feel like we have a new kitchen! All in 8 days time! Highly recommend!!

Pacific stone is amazing. They did a wonderful job with the installation and everything was done with in the time frame they gave me. Zach was great to work with, even when it came to my back forth decisions regarding the countertop color I was looking for. I would recommend them to anyone looking to update/upgrade there kitchen.

Ben and his team were amazing! We purchased a new build last year but we were late in the game and our kitchen had already been picked out. I disliked it from the start as it was very dark. A year and a half later I decided it was time to change. Being in the kitchen as much as I am, I wanted it to be how I wanted it. I discovered Pacific Stone. I am so glad I went with them. The process was smooth and they did a fantastic job. We changed our countertops from dark granite to a beautiful Quartz, added a farm sink, backsplash, new faucet, and all new hardware. I love it! I highly recommend Pacific Stone!
