I’m a regular here and this is the longest I’ve ever gotten quality service and great nails from a salon. Everyone is so nice and my nails always look great. Just make sure you allocate enough time. They don’t rush here which is preferred, but don’t stack your day,

would give this place 0 stars if i could. was here for 2 hours only got my toes done. only asked for a regular gel pedicure they charged me for extra things i didn’t ask for/ they never got to my nails and helped other people that came after me.

They do such a great job here and I never have to wait very long at all! The owner is the kindest too and is always giving add ins on for free!
I had my nails done yesterday by a new person and she was extremely thorough. I love this place!!

This place is amazing! Every technician gives the best message! Oh and who knew getting your feet knocked on felt so good! The only place I will go to for a pedicure from now on.

We never get our nails done and now I remember why.. They butchered our nails to little stubs. We just wanted paint and it cost almost $100 for two with gels. They hardly talked to us at all. They quoted $22 and ended up paying $40 each. Prices were not listed. It will be a very very long time before I trust a nail salon again. Confirm the cost repeatedly upfront and don’t let them butcher your natural nails.

Made an appointment for 5:30pm and walked out at 6pm after not being seen. They could have at the very least communicated when I arrived, how long the wait would be so that I could have gotten something to eat. I think 30 minutes is ridiculously excessive time to wait when you've made an appointment (I understand if I was a walk-in but come on) and who knows how much longer it would have been till someone took me. I like Sunny he does great work especially with the shaping of acrylics and the speed he works at, but I don't believe I will be coming back because I feel they have wasted my time and could have just let me know that they are too busy to take me before I rushed over here from work to make my appointment on time. It's unprofessional to overbook yourselves please keep that in mind for your other customers. And after reading the other recent reviews it seems like this isn't the only time it has happened to someone! The new management needs to do better if they want to stay in business. Disappointed that I have to find a new nail shop now ):

TERRIBLE !!! I made an appointment at 1:30. Wasn't seen until 2:30... the gel " manicure " was rushed and he charged me get this- $50 for gel !?!? Then comes the TERRIBLE pedicure. Didn't even ask what kind of pedicure I wanted... cold water. Did my toes with gel & threw on some lotion? What the hell? No scrub, no hot towels NOTHING relaxing about this shi hole. Also- get this! Pedicure was $30 + $10 for fixing my nail? And then another $20 for gel !?!? $60 for a shi aZzzz pedicure. DO NOT GO HERE. Make this drive to San Diego where prices are the same but at least you get what you pay for and can relax !!!!! I'm so mad. $100+ down the drain. Thank me later.

Under new ownership. Called to make an appointment with the lady who always does them. Instead of telling me she no longer works there, they confirmed the appointment. I drove 30 mins to get there thinking my appointment would be with Jade. When I got there, they told me she moved away. I asked why they didn't tell me that on the phone, and they said that the lady on the phone didn't know. I let another lady do my nails and while I was there for 90 minutes they kept doing the same thing to other people coming in thinking they had an appointment with their regular person. They should have been honest on the phone.

"I had a disappointing visit to this nail salon. The service was either rushed or excessively slow, which reflected a lack of attention to detail. Whether they were rushing through appointments or taking too much time, the results were below standard. I wouldn't recommend this salon for anyone seeking quality nail care. I initially gave it two stars because I thought they will fulfill my request for water after waiting for two hours; however, upon reflection, I've downgraded it to one star. Not only did they not bring me a cup of water, but I also felt completely ignored and neglected during my time there, like a testing mouse in a lab training session.

After tonight I have to breakup with the place I really like that my husband and I used to happily spend $400 a month on :( I used to love getting my gel x nails here... I called for a GEL X APPOINTMENT... (the usual I get) they last me a long time ... I specifically asked for a technician who is experienced in gel X and the person on the phone told me yes, 6:15pm tonight, gel x. I arrive with grown out gel x , needing a GEL X FILL. the tech proceeds to put acrylic powder on me. I asked her to stop and do gel x fill not acrylic fill....that's the reason I come here! Solely for the gelx work!! She doesn't stop applying acrylic, calls over a gentleman who basically tells me "we have to remove them next time. Doing acrylic today." I just had these gel x put on 2 weeks ago at this same salon, I'm not in the market for wanting an acrylic removal and ripping up my nails! I do gel x fills for 4+ months here !! No removals!! I'm 6 months pregnant the fumes of acrylic right in my face are very bothersome, I'm very picky about the way acrylic feels on my fingers I am NOT AN ACRYLIC CLIENT I CALLED SPECIFICALLY FOR GEL X or I wouldn't have come tonight. 2 hours later my acrylics are finally done... bill $130 ...and I'm counting the minutes until I can rip these off! So upset!!! They should have been honest and said "sorry we can take your pedicure tonight but the gel x artist is not here today". Instead, they wanted the money even if it meant attempting to sneak a chemical I'm purposely avoiding on me to be able to bill me regardless. Terrible business ploy. I finally ask the technician who keeps apologizing at the end, if she even does gel x fills. She said no. We won't be back. I've been a customer here for 2 years, now I need to find a new nail salon who offers gel x and cares about the customer / what they're booking for

I use to love getting my nails done by Forest but now it's under new ownership and I am not pleased with the manicure I got by the new owner. Very rough and didn't do my nails right. Very disappointing.

Feet care all day! While visiting a friend in Temecula, we decided to get pedicures. She probably saw my atrocious feet and suggested it because of that lolol I don't blame her. I needed it! Long over due. We found a nail salon close by and Forest Nails was it. Compared to the other nail salons in the area, Forest stayed open later. They close at 8pm. The other nail salons close at 7pm. So that is why we went with this place. Our pedicures both came out good. I love my gel pedicure. And my feet are happy too! :)

Apple is awesome! Glad I found her! She does my nails perfect every time! My acrylics went almost 3 weeks before I got them filled. Never broke or chipped. She makes my nails nice a pointy ! I love vampy nails .
