They were slow, did not listen to me, did not do a great job and hurt me. They "re did my nails" the photos are the redone nails. They are 100 times better than the first set. And they acted like I was being a difficult client and honestly, I probably was with how frustrated I was with the entire experience. They expected a large tip after a crap job and most importantly HURTING me! And continuing to hurt me after I said ouch an ow on multiple occasions. Maybe I got them on an off day. But my experience was less than professional.

Came new years eve day.They did a great job. When I went to pay it was 3 times the regular price. I felt taken advantage of and deceived .

I used to go to the San Marcos salon before the pandemic and Newscum kept shutting it down. I eventually lost my job and I just couldn't afford it anymore. Miss my pretty nails. They would serve their customers some wine the last time I was there.

I visit professional nails shop about a month ago when my granddaughter 10th birthday, And a second visit. Vinn, and her staff was excellent. Hana, Sonia. I have sensitive skin, And I made that none to Vinn before the technicians work on my metty petty... They were friendly courteous and very gentle. I would definitely recommend Friends family Colleagues to visit ProfessioNAIL Salon For their Metty petty experience. Great customer experience, Carrie

Best pedicure ever but really bad acrylic nails, I have been in this place many times but this was the last time. The lady who made my pedicure was super nice and she actually care and was very detailed but another lady made my acrylic nails and you can tell by the pictures how far they are to being even good. Besides It was $218 for 2 full sets and 1 pedicure, say what??? They gave me a “discount” so ended paying $200 not fair at all! I won’t ever recommend this place!

Love these ladies! Randomly came in here on my day off and have been coming for over a year now. They really listen to what you are asking for and take their time to make your nails look great. Prices are pretty average around $100 for a fill, but you pay for quality!!Services: Sculpted nails

I used to go here all the time, but felt like the service went down while the prices went up. Gave it another shot last week and was disappointed. I got a pedicure and the technician was a little rough with me and it was kind of off putting. Then, she trimmed my big toe nail too short. It hurt when she clipped it, but the pain went away. I didn't notice the shortness until I went to leave and it hurt to walk. Then I saw the redness and skin beneath the toe. It hurt to wear a sock for the two days after. My biggest complaint is the charges and fees. My pedicure was $34 and I didn't add anything on. Nor did I see any fees listed not was I told. When I went to pay, they said "regular pedicure and remove color". My friend has gel removed, but my existing polish was regular polish. So I said "no, mine wasn't gel, it was regular polish" and she said "yeah I know" and repeated "regular with remove polish". The young child said "okay your total is $41". So it's $7 to remove regular polish?!?! I was really upset by this because that step takes seconds and I've never been charged that anywhere, nor is it listed or told to me. Then because I used a card, they added another $2 fee. Which I don't even know is legal to be that high? So I paid $43 for my $34 pedicure and it wasn't that good. I won't be back, strictly out of principal. A $7 fee to remove regular polish is not standard and therefore should be posted and added to the pricing menu. No one expects that and should know BEFORE service.

Great service loved my nail and got seen quickly for a fix. Would recommend the nail tech, Chris for design. A little pricey tho for pedicure and gel nails. The nail tech is talented and friendly, but they charged $19 to fix one nail and didn't tell me up front that the design would cost and additional $5 and they add $2 if with credit card. Never again.

If you are looking for a new salon,as I was about 3 months ago, I would HIGHLY recommend ProfessioNail. Right when you walk in, you're always greeted by every employee which, to me, is a great way to make someone feel welcomed and comfortable and it shows that they're attentive to their customers. The people who work here really make this a five star review, and the work they do is an added bonus. I would give them a higher rating if I could because of it. I consistently get compliments on my manicure and pedicure because of how great they look. Chris is amazing! He gives the BEST foot massages and gives the best advice when it comes to choosing a polish or specific design. Vinin always exceeds my expectations with my nails and really takes her time when it comes to any design I present to her, which directly reflects the fact that she cares about the client and what they want. I always look forward to my appointments with them because of the fun conversations we always have, it really feels like I'm talking with good friends. I will continue to come to this salon and will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking to be truly taken care of.

Vinny is always so helpful to get me in. Amy does my gel nails and she’s fantastic…very meticulous and ensures they are even. I’ve been going for about 4 years now. She also does my mom!
